Welcome to beautiful Desert House with Pool and Mountain Views! Ideal place for hikers, bikers, golfers, Coachella-Stagecoach music festival goers, Indian Wells Tennis and Pickle ball enthusiasts.
3 Bedrooms/2 Baths. Sleeps 6 adults.
All Bedrooms have a King Size Beds.
2-Sofas ( sofa beds).
Washer and Dryer inside.
Tile Throughout
Just blocks from Biking and Hiking Trails and few minutes drive to popular Music Festivals.
Wi-Fi, 60 Inch TV, BT Sound system
Multiple Lounging and Entertainment Areas. It’s not a PARTY HOUSE. City has strict ordinance about loud music/ voices/amplified speakers and have fines for violation are $1000+ issued to guests. Please inform us in ADVANCE if you plan on HEATING the POOL and are bringing a pet. Additional FEES will apply. $75 per dog for up to max. 2 dogs. Guests are financially responsible for any heating costs for the pool (up to 84 degrees from 9AM-7PM). From November to April: First day is $110 after that $60 per day. $75 startup fee plus a daily fee of $35 from May to October, although you won’t need heating during those months:) Pool startup heating up to a reasonable temperature of 82-84 degrees takes about 12 to 18hours in winter and 8-12 hours in warmer months. Temperatures are kept below 80 in the night. Pool use: No diving, jumping, rough play or running around pool allowed.

By accepting this rental through VRBO, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool for you and your guests. You are also releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.

You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool involves certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area.

Super great place to stay for Coachella! Right near a shuttle stop and the host left us a bunch of little snacks when we arrived. Would stay again!

Our second time in this rental (but third time renting from the owner), and it’s been perfect for a desert weekend getaway! The owners are quick to respond and gracious hosts. The home is clean and inviting. I especially appreciate that it includes three king-size beds, to accommodate our tall husbands ;) We’ve turned this trip into a summer tradition, so I’ll likely be renting again!!

The house was clean entirely the host answered immediately the kitchen was very well organized and you had everything that you needed to cook a meal if that’s what you wanted to do and the pool was clean there was no bugs outside in the area or inside at all the house was great and it’s near restaurants if you want to go out to eat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in La Quinta! The home was immaculate, the rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the pool was an absolute highlight. The kitchen was so well equipped with essentials and amenities that we regretted buying extra supplies beforehand. Our host was exceptionally responsive, graciously answering every question (even the ones we had accidentally overlooked in the house rules). We had a flawless experience, highly recommend this property, and would absolutely love to return!

Clean rooms, house equipped with everything needed for a stay-cation. The kitchen had every tool you could need while cooking and all appliances were very high quality! This house was a perfect weekend getaway and comfortably housed 5 guests.

Property peaceful and relaxing. Just what we were looking for and needed. The pool was perfect in this weather (no heating required), and it was truly the best stocked rental for the kitchen we have stayed.

Perfect, Quiet Stay

Desert House was such a lovely place. We stayed for 5 days, the house is a bit older but is well stocked with kitchenware, nice linens, and towels. We would definitely stay here again for the price and convenience. Anjali was a wonderful host!

Great spot for festival stay

We had an amazing stay during Power Trip festival. Great property, clean and has absolutely everything you would need! We had an issue with the pool, that was fixed the same day - great communication with the owner, highly recommend.
