Jason was the perfect host. He helped us with the TV When we drove there from northern CA it was a long day. We hit lots of rain. Jason turned on all the lights and heat for us. Will stay there again

Great rental!

This is a wonderful rental! It is clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the location has easy access to everything. The backyard is super cute, has a hot tub and shaded eating area with lots of trees. The front patio has a nice seating area and fire pit, although we did not use it. The owner was super helpful and responsive, gave us a late check-out time, and even went out of his way to make sure I received the proper refund when I changed the dates of my booking. We look forward to staying here again when we are in town!

Everything you need in a great location!

Myself and 2 golfing buddies stayed at Jason's place for 8 days. The weather wasn't quite what we were used to however the accommodations had everything we needed and was in a fantastic location for golf and the many restaurants and shops in Old Town La Quinta. As noted, the place is clean and has everything you could want. Extra useful having a hot tub which saw lots of use as we played 18 holes a day for 7 days. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Jason!
