Water Front Manufacture Home In Windmill Village, Gated & On The Water
This is a beautiful gated community in Windmill Village. Most the homes are on water. There are water views from almost every room and there are ceiling fans in every room. Large Screen tv in Living room and flat screen in Master Bedroom. I want to try to rent it 6 months beginning May 1, 2019 thru November 5, 2019. The rent is very inexpensive for the area because I am looking for that right person. This is a 55 + community, so you must be at least 55 years old. Your spouse can be as young as 45. You do have to pay $100 to get screened by our office. There is A HEATED POOL, BOUCE PIT, HORSE SHOES, A CLUB HOUSE, a pool hall with 3 very nice tables with cue sticks, RIDE BYCICLES ALL IN THE COMMUNITY.

I am a watercolor artist, singer, and a tennis player. I grew up in the Midwest on a farm. I am a retired Real Estate Agent and now live in 2 different locations. One in Oshkosh Wis and the other in Punta Gorda FL.
Why they chose this property
Had my manufacture home built in 2010 and designed it to have water views from the main windows. I bought in Windmill Village because it was on the water and I love to fish and it is gated and safe. It is a great place to retire at and I didn't want a house that was so much to clean and this is perfect because the are around 1300.
What makes this property unique
Property is on Water and leads to Charlotte Harbour Waterways. Absolutely gorgeous. I have a lanai over looking the wide channel of water, plus a porch facing the water. Great sunrise and wonderful sunsets! So many good things to mention them all.
