居心地の良い、静かに新しく改装された家、2ベッドルーム、ダイニングルーム、暖炉付きのリビングルーム。 マスターベッドルームにはキングサイズのプラットフォームベッドがあります。 ゲスト用ベッドルームにはクイーンサイズベッドがあります。 どちらのバスルームもタイル張りのシャワーで真新しい散歩をしています。 Lanai屋外のテーブルと椅子があり、キッチンから窓を通って食事ができ、ダイニングルームと主寝室からアクセスできます。 リビングルームにはフルサイズのベッドに折りたたむ革のソファがあり、他のソファにはカップホルダー付きのリクライニングチェアが2つあります。 ベッドルームとリビングルームには、壁に取り付けられたパネルテレビがあり、Roku経由でXfinityベータストリーミングやその他の多くのアプリにストリーミングアクセスできます。

We wanted quuet, comfort, and a restful weekend. This is a nearly remote wateefront setting, no shortage of nice details a d natural beauty. Be prepared for extra drive time, as it can take 20 minutes or so to reach traffic, noise, resources, Nothing wrong with that! We brought along drinking water, which we prefer to well water. Host was very responsive, offered great foodie info, and we really enjoyed this beautufully renovated home. Well worth finding!

If you want quiet, this is the place

We enjoyed the quiet, but if you want to be near any action, this might not be the place for you. Easy to get to, but definitely not next to anything--restaurants and shopping are 20 minutes away or more and beaches are farther. Bed was comfy, shower is nice and big. Washer did not work, but owner replaced it as soon as possible.

3 month Winter getaway

This home is in a great country neighborhood. Ideal for walking, biking and seeing wildlife. Screened back porch has a nice view and breeze overlooking canal. Nice size dock for fishing and boating. We put our boat on lift and got out to peace river quickly, absolutely beautiful. Water in canal is low in winter so plan boating around high tides. Neighbors are super friendly. House has nice tile flooring throughout, updated bathrooms and spacious kitchen. Good parking, AC works excellent and beds are really comfortable.

Overall excellence!

Mike was great to communicate with prior to and throughout our stay. The house was fantastic and we def plan to return! We had a blast catching lots of fish off the dock and it was the perfect place to relax before heading home. We loved it! Thanks Mike!

Not what I had hoped for.

When I walked into the house I took my shoes off out of respect to the property owner. The floor was gritty to my feet. I put my shoes back on. The screen porch had what looked like some kind of an animal fur along the base boards. Not sure what that was about. The bed in the second bedroom was so high that we had to get a chair from the dinning room so my sister could get into it. Some of the linens on the beds were torn. We were only given two towels each for our stay. There were no wash cloths. The closets in the bedrooms were full of stuff. Didn’t even want t hang any clothes in them. Cleanliness was missing in the whole house. This was my sisters first trip to Florida and I wanted a VRBO that would be memorable for her. This house was memorable in a bad way.

Wonderful Getaway

Hubby and I came for a little fishing getaway. House was on a nice canal in a good neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Home could use a little bit more cleaning and updating but what they have done so far is nice! Having use of the dock was great and I’m sure will be even better when the boat lift is available. Thank you for a great stay!!

Absolutely nicest Vrbo I stayed at yet!!

Furnishings inside this house are new an comfortable living room everything the layout was perfect beautiful setting on a channel sit back on the dock watch the sun go down or up there’s tortoises walk around this neighborhood I thought that was cool also people in this neighborhood waved at you I couldn’t believe how many people actually waved at me as I was entering and exiting the neighborhood it’s everything that the house manager says it is an more!!!!!! I will definitely return. THANKS!!!!!!!

Loved the house

Me and my friends enjoyed our stay very much although the weather was really bad most of the time! The house was great we showed up to a clean house with everything all set up. Also the check in process was extremely simple and super easy to communicate with!

Great customer service!

We had a small snafu & Michael responded immediately, even though it was a holiday (Easter Sunday) and it was resolved in minutes. We will definitely be back. The house is exactly as advertised. I like how all the light switches are labeled. We were able to cook breakfast with the pans & utensils supplied. Our son even took a quick kayak ride. The neighbors were friendly too (unusual for a VRBO house). The TV could be challenging if not a techy person but we did just fine with it (other than not having Fox live tv for a sporting event we wanted to watch). My only suggestion is to put more pillows in the master bedroom. 2 standard size pillows on a king bed is not enough. We are used to 2 pillows per person or at least one king sized pillow per person.

Nice place on the canal

Pictures didn’t do it justice, house was really nice and open floor plan. Lanai is big and canal view is nice.

Spring Training Home Base

Four guys aged 69, friends since grade school, used this property for home base to see spring training baseball games on the west coast of FL. While just about everything was perfect, the 4th bed available was a little small and challenging for an adult to sleep comfortably in. But, all the great things about this house overshadowed this issue. Big rooms, nice yard, on a canal - very nice property. And the host was wonderful as we communicated quite a few times!

Get away with college friend.

My old college friend and I met half way. The location is nice and very quiet. It sits on the canel. We didn't cook there so can't say much about the kitchen. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Would stay again

March with MLB lockout

We stayed in this property for 3 weeks hoping to enjoy some spring baseball. Only got to enjoy 1 game, but the property made up for the loss of baseball. The property owner was fantastic to work with and the peacefulness of the home was perfect. A wonderful neighborhood, on the canal, close to plenty of attractions and as an added bonus, wildlife. We saw armadillos, raccoons, and the highlight-plenty of gopher tortoises. What a treat! My first VRBO experience and it will be hard to beat.

Quiet and restful

Beautiful area for walking or a bike. Well equipped home on a beautiful canal. Friendly neighbors. Egrets, storks, armadillos, tortoises, and wild pigs are great to see. Short drive to Punta Gorda sights and good restaurants. Try Carmelos Italian restaurant .

Vacation Stay

Check in was easy and the owner was very responsive on when I contacted him, Mike was great. The showers and flooring were remodeled and nice. The main thing would be to have the cleaner do a better job at cleaning in corners and outdoor patio and couch was a bit old.
