Rick was a great host and warmly welcomed us to this charming little home away from home. Quiet, nice, private, low key and relaxing. A great place to stay if visiting Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area.

Great little cottage. It is back from the highway and I was not bothered by the highway noise. Owner lives next door and he was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again

Friendly host greeted us on arrival. Stayed 5 days and had everything we needed. Kitchen is well-stocked. Good location for exploring Punta Gorda & Port Charlotte area. The bungalow is in a quiet, safe area. Close to grocery stores and other shopping. Weather was warm enough for the tortoise to appear and roam around the yard!

Canoeing Snow Birds

We loved this location and the privacy of this little cottage. The lanai/screen room was excellent so we spent a lot of time sipping tea/coffee, playing games and eating. The location was near beautiful natural surroundings and other fun activities.

Great place to Stay.

On entering we noted the nice smell and how clean it was, Very nicely decorated. The host was very nice and a big help when our rental car would not start.We will be staying here again.

Great place and super hosts!

It was a very clean bungalow in a great location. The hosts were super friendly and helpful...despite the fact that they are Green Bay Packer and New England Patriot fans (just kidding)!! I really enjoyed my stay!!

Very good stay, excellent host

Our stay was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, comfortable and centrally located to Ft Myers, Sarasota, Veice and other beautiful areas. If our travels take us this way in the future, we wouldn't hesitate to book Richard's place.

Spring Trip

We came to Punta Gorda to visit my parents and needed a place to stay. Rick’s place was comfortable and impressively clean. We felt very welcomed. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this home & hope to come back.
