What a treat to be able to stay somewhere where you can swim in a pristine pond/lake. Peaceful setting and accomodations. The hosts were super friendly and walked out to meet us when we arrived. We definitely want to stay there again!

We were so impressed with everything about this property…so clean and well maintained. The hosts provided numerous outdoor activities on the grounds and were happy to assist with anything we needed. Their pups were a delight! We look forward to another stay here.

Macy was great, very nice. Took good care of our place & was a pleasure to talk with. She cleaned up before she left. We would rent to her again for sure.

Perfect Country Stay

David and Kathy have created a very special place that was perfect for our visit to the area.We were visiting relatives in Swanton and this "farmette" provided the perfect home base.We were greeted upon arrival by the pups and the people who all made us feel at welcome.Their elevated apartment gave us a great view of the rich Ohio farmland and beautiful sunsets. It had everything we needed for an easy stay. We really appreciated the lack of "decorative items" that often clutter these short term rentals and the welcome and thank-you treats for our continued drive. We will definitely hope this property is available when we visit again.
