The house was exactly how it was advertised The house has plenty of room. The pool was fine. The kitchen was extraordinary. Two washers and two dryers was right on. The use of the garage was great. can’t wait to come back next year.

The house is very beautiful inside and out. It was plenty of space for everyone to fit comfortably. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend booking this house.

Perfect Disney vacation

We hosted 11 adults ranging in age from 22 to 62. The property had everything we could have asked for. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms kitchen space two separate gathering spaces and an amazing pool and hot tub. Property is clean and well maintained and property owner was very receptive to the few minor issues that came up. Guests are already asking when we can go back.

Very Unclean/Cockroaches Everwhere

House was very dirty. We travel very often to the southern states and know cockroaches are everywhere. However other places we have stayed don't have them crawling in your beds, dishwasher after being cleaned and dresser. This means this house is infested. Also previous guests did not refill gas tank on grill so we left as is. Wish we would have know this. I would not recommend this rental.

Still unclean/cockroaches everywhere

We had a large family vacation planned and chose to stay at this resort for the water park features. We had booked this rental prior to the March review and contacted the owner with concerns about the cleanliness after reading it. The owner assured us the property was clean and pest free. We tried to follow up on the property's condition with VRBO, Windsor at Westside, and HomeAway, prior to our visit, with no avail. Upon our arrival, we were met with cockroaches everywhere. The rental was dirty with several areas in need of repair or cleaning. The dining room chairs have large stains on the seats. The dining table settings had hair in the napkins. The bathrooms had hair on the floors and on the shower walls. The high chairs had food particles on them. There was a strong stale smoke odor. The filth was undeniable and unsafe for toddlers to crawl around. We contacted the owner who instructed us to contact her Property Management. They sent someone to respond to the complaints who arrived midday for 30 minutes. She emptied the dishwasher, ran the sweeper over the stairs, and mopped the front entry. She was shown a stain on a bed comforter, which looked like fecal matter, which she did not replace but did take a picture. We purchased cleaning materials to clean and used roach killer, while searching for new accommodations. In contacting the owner again, the response was to send pest control to spray the property, which is not an immediate resolution. The owner did apologize for the inconvenience, indicating all of Florida has a roach problem. And offered a one night stay at one of their rental's on our next Florida visit. The 30 hour stay was longer than you can imagine. Our party moved to a new location, where we have stayed numerous times, never having a roach problem and is very clean. It is disappointing that Windsor of Westside could not give any assistance. Their stand is their business is separate from the property owners. I would not recommend this property, the homeowner, nor HomeAway in planning a vacation.

Beautiful, Spacious Vacation Home for Large Families

My family and I stayed at this home during our Disney vacation the week of Thanksgiving. There were 13 people in our party and the home provided plenty of space for everyone!!! The layout of the bedrooms allowed everyone to have his/her personal space. We also loved how the bathrooms were strategically placed throughout the house. The kitchen was very spacious and had everything we needed during our stay (pots, pans, griddle, China, silverware, cooking utensils, bowls, cutting board, hand mixer, blender, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.). My family and I enjoyed sitting at the bar stools around the kitchen island, talking, laughing, and having a great time. The dining room tables were perfect for our Thanksgiving meal! We LOVED the convenience of having a pool at the house. It’s definitely worth paying for the heated pool option too. Our children also enjoyed the game room, lazy river and pool at the clubhouse. If you visit the clubhouse, be sure to take towels with you. (There are plenty of extra towels at the house.) Disney Parks were 15-25 minutes from the house (depending on traffic), and Universal Studios is about 30-45 minutes away. There were plenty of restaurants and stores (Walmart, Publix, gift shops, etc.) within 10-15 minutes from the home. Each room had a smart tv, which provided options for our entertainment (Netflix, cable channels, etc.). The two washers and two dryers were great! (Note: The TumbleFresh option on the front loader washing machine adds a lot more time to your wash load time.) The owner, Iverson, was extremely responsive to my emails. The response time was always less than 24-hours. Thank you, Iverson, for allowing my family and me to have an amazing stay at your property.

Great for family vacations

This property is great for large families to gather. There were 15 of us, and plenty of room for all. Kids had a great time in the pool at the house, and at the club house. We were all able to dine together at the large table, which was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Large Beautiful Home!

Our family had a great vacation and stay at this home. It was large, clean, and nicely decorated. We all enjoyed the pool and the enclosed outdoor area. There was so much space to have dinners and play games at the large tables (one of the reasons we booked this home). It was also convenient to attractions and shopping. When I contacted the owner about the unusable gas grill that was there a new one was delivered almost immediately. I would recommend this home and if a Florida vacation is in our future again the home will be on our list. Great Vacation!!

Great!!!!

The house was just like the pictures. We had 16 people and it was more than enough room for the kids and adults. Nice pool and upstairs game room area. More than enough rooms and bathrooms. The club house was a awesome place also, the kids really enjoyed it there also.Going to Disney ,and the Mall ,and Wal-Mart they all was close by ,not to far to drive. Most of all our experience there was just awesome. I would recommend if you are staying in Kissimmee,Florida that you stay at this house. I will be back soon,thanks again for letting my family from Texas stay at your home while visiting Florida for our family Vacation. Thanks LaToya

Best Vacation experience ever

This is a nice vacation home I highly recommend! The place has their own community my kids are enjoyed there,and also the house has everything we need,specially for my younger son,the crib,the highchair and the stroller.
