The hostess extremely welcoming and left a lovely welcome basket my family enjoyed! Many beach pool towels to use. Family loved game room! We had a wonderful time there with family celebrating our daughter turning 30!

This house is perfect for a large group enjoying the Disney area. Where do I start? Location is perfect, minutes from Disney. So close we could hear the fireworks at night. The pool was always sparkling clean and refreshing after an August day in the parks. Our grandchildren enjoyed the waterpark, a short walk from the house. They also enjoyed the game room during afternoon thunderstorms. Laura was a dream, she always responded to inquiries (before, during and after our stay) within minutes. I could go on and on. If in the area again, we would definitely stay here.

Best property manager ever!

Laura rescued us and made our spring break AMAZING!We took our family on spring break to Tampa and got to our VRBO and immediately realized it was not livable for a whole week. I quickly started searching for properties and found this one. I messaged the property owner and Laura responded within minutes letting me know they had a cancellation and her property was available. We couldn't check in until Monday and needed somewhere to stay Sunday night. Laura looked into hotels for me near her property so we wouldn't have a long way to travel when her home was available to check into. She knew we were so stressed about having to move and texted me as soon as the property was ready and it was ready 3 hours early!We walked in and it was so clean! Everything you could possibly need was there. The kitchen had ceramic plates and glasses for inside, plastic plates and glasses for outside. They had sets of knives, every utensil you can think of, storage bowls, mixing bowls, a griddle we used to make pancakes, a blender we used to make smoothies...the list goes on and on. We didn't have any young kids but there were plenty of supplies for babies/toddlers as well. The closets were stocked with bath towels. Beach towels were provided for the pool. Plenty of seating by the pool. Unfortunately, the air conditioner broke while we were there, nothing that could be predicted or prevented, and Laura had her handyman there within hours to fix it. We would definitely stay here again!

Much needed family time!

The house was perfect! Very well equipped with children needs, gates for steps, strollers and monitors. The pool was so relaxing and having pool towels was one less thing we had to bring.it was nice to be able to cook instead of eating all meals out. Kitchen was stocked and spacious.My family was able to relax and enjoy each other. We will be back

Perfect for some rest and relaxation when not at the parks.

Amazing home with lots of space. The pool at the house and in the complex are both amazing. Great communication from the owner. Highly recommend.

Quelle incroyable semaine! Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La maison était grande, propre et avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Il y avait des serviettes pour tout le monde, les lits étaient confortables et tout le monde avait son endroit à lui. La maison est très près de l’épicerie et à 15-20 minutes des parcs Disney! Les hôtes ont répondu rapidement à nos questions. L’arrivée à la maison était facile, par contre l’enregistrement à l’accueil était plutôt longue. Quel beau séjour nous avons eu! 8 adultes et 6 enfants heureux de leurs vacances.

Great property but pool heater did not work.

Overall it was a great stay but unfortunately the pool heater was broken. Grandchildren were very disappointed but some used the community pool.Handyman checked it and after a few messages we were told that a pool repair person was not available.House was very clean and worked well for us.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here! Property was exactly as described. Clean, perfect space for our family of 12, and perfect location to all activities in the Kissimmee/Orlando area. Family/kid friendly resort area. The host was very accommodating and responsive to all our questions and requests. We would absolutely stay here again!

5 Stars for Sure!

Very clean home and pool. The location is really nice for visiting SeaWorld and Disney areas. Home looks very well maintained including the pool area furniture and fencing around pool. We will definitely be staying here again if it's available. The host responded very quickly to questions I had prior to booking. The instructions for check in and directions to proper gate was very accurate.

Family vacation

The host Laura was excellent she went above and beyond for us . The house was very clean and everything was on point. Laura even had a welcome basket for us . This house and host is most definitely 5 stars and if I could rate it higher I would. We will be looking into their other property in Tennessee for our next family vacation

Great vacation option

With the size of our family this house was a fantastic option. Laura was so helpful and responsive to our questions. The check in was so easy. It is so close to everything, and there are great options at the resort. Being so close to the playground was amazing for our kids.

We had a wonderful stay!

We chose this home in our favorite neighborhood for our annual June (school's out!) trip. The home was ready for us when we arrived and was as clean a home as we've ever stayed in. Beds were super comfortable, everything we needed was there to get started and we particularly liked the fun of surprising the kids with Disney themed bedding of their favorite characters! Laura was super responsive to our questions before hand, and easy to work with! We will definitely choose this house for our next Disney trip!!!

Perfect spot for our family vacation

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. With lots of bedrooms/beds and bathrooms, we had plenty of room to spread out. The pool, jacuzzi, and game room were a lovely bonus. The kids loved the community pool, splash pad, and water slides. Easy drive to the Disney Parks!

Great house and great location.

The house was perfect for my family with plenty of room for all of us and being so close to Disney was the icing on the cake. The pool/hot tub behind the house and the community amenities were outstanding. My grandkids keep telling me they can’t wait to go back to the Florida house.

My God-given gifts are hospitality and service, so that has made hosting vacation homes such a perfect fit for me and our happy guests!!

I was born and raised on a farm in south-central Michigan, and am blessed to still live just 3.5 miles from the farm with my high-school sweetheart husband and 2 young boys. Before becoming a full-time mom, I had a successful 9-year career in technology sales.

As a family, we enjoy fishing, camping, hunting, baking, playing games and traveling in our free time.

We love our National Parks for the hiking, wildlife and amazing landscapes and have visited the Great Smokey Mountains in TN, Yellowstone in Wyoming, the Florida Everglades, and Denali in Alaska.

Once we started our family, we began using other's short term vacation rentals for long-weekend anniversary getaways and family vacations in Michigan and have always had a wonderful experience. We appreciate being able to cook our own meals for the most part and to relax and play games in a home instead of a hotel, not to mention we can create a very budget-friendly vacation by not eating out every night.

Our favorite warm weather destination is Florida. When winter comes, it's easy for us to take a quick Allegiant Air flight to several destinations throughout Florida. That's why we chose Kissimmee as our first vacation home location. It's ideally located to the most popular attractions and the resort we chose is known as the closest to Disney, but is very private.

We've spent a good amount of time at our place and can make specific recommendations to help you get the most of your stay - see our guidebook. We are happy to share our place with others, so they can create lasting memories just as we have. We feel there is no better way to spend our time and our money, but to create memories with the ones we love.
