Stroll to the beach, restaurants, shopping, or the iconic Horace Caldwell Pier-all within walking distance. Whether you're here to relax or explore the Texas Riviera, this home promises to be your perfect home base. Living Area: Step into the cozy living room, where relaxed, boho-beachy decor meets comfort. A plush couch awaits your nap or movie marathon, complemented by a large flat-screen TV with cable for your downtime. The stunning 2024 remodel includes white shiplap walls in the main house accenting the original tongue and groove ceiling with exposed beams along with original slatted doors and brass hardware. With brand new mini-split AC/heating and ceiling fans throughout, your comfort is guaranteed. The entry hallway offers practical features like a desk workspace, a bench for shoes, and plenty of hooks for coats, dog leashes, and keys. There is also parking for your boat, or small trailer and your golf cart. This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.
Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.

Absolutely the best home we’ve ever rented. It met all of our needs and we could not have been happier with everything. I just wish they had a guest book to sign!!!!
We loved this cottage. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The outside patio was a nice convenience and it is close to the shops and the beach. The bed and pull out couch were very comfortable. . The owner was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone.
