Nestled in Lamoine, this delightful house offers guests a tranquil and peaceful retreat. With 3 bedrooms including 2 queen beds and 1 full bed, along with 2 bathrooms featuring a jetted bathtub, this property provides a soothing atmosphere for relaxation. Relax with the whole family or just two at our home nestled on 2+ private acres. 10 miles/20 mins from Mt Desert Island. Close enough to access Acadia Nat’l Park, Bar Harbor and Schoodic, but secluded enough to enjoy after the days activities. Enjoy private trails, nights by a fire pit, grilling on the deck or soak in a heated jet tub. 5 min. drive or quick bike ride to a local swimming pond, Lamoine Beach, or Lamoine State Park. 10 min. from groceries, shopping, restaurants, and LL Bean.

The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean with comfortable beds and lots of amenities (towels, linens, shampoo, soap, spices, etc.). It was really quiet and we enjoyed the firepit. The location was great and it was only about 20-30 minutes to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Great communication with the hosts. We loved Maine and this area and are already planning to come back next year. We will definitely stay in this house again!

Fantastic stay with the ideal distance from all of the hustle and bustle. We loved waking up to quiet mornings, watching the deer graze, and walking along the expansive property. This is a perfect option for those that don’t mind a minimal drive outside of Ellsworth, and Bar Harbor was 25-30 mins. The home was extremely clean, open, and airy with everything you may need. Also, a great stay if you’re traveling with pups since there is a trail connected right from the backyard! Will definitely stay here again for our future trips to the area.

Robert and Stacy are super hosts, providing for all our needs and making helpful suggestions about activities in the Acadia National Park/Schoodic Peninsula and downeast Maine areas. Sitting out on the deck or eating inside were comfortable and relaxing. We highly recommend!!!! Everything is beautifully maintained inside and out. There were even deer in the yard.

7/2026 Home was very clean, comfortable, well equipped and great layout. Quiet setting, large backyard, beautiful flowers, fire pit & wood supplied was great. We traveled with our daughter and her fiancé and we loved having each of our dogs with us during our 1st Bar Harbor vacation. About a 30 minute drive to downtown Bar Harbor. Hosts were great. Highly recommend this property.

This was an incredible place to stay. Great home base for Acadia NP. Very peaceful and quiet. Stocked with everything you need. Fire pit is amazing. The bars were super comfy and the house was very clean. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience at this rental property. The first thing we noticed was how clean the house looked and smelled. There were plenty of towels and wash clothes. The kitchen was fully stocked. The property was private with a pretty view, great deck and firepit. We appreciated the reasonable distance from Bar Harbor & Acadia. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. We would definitely recommend this property to other vacationers in Maine!
