Large Private Yard W/Pool mins to SPAC & Travers Weekend Currently Available

House was purchased 10 years ago and every room has been updated. A rustic and private yard with pool (NOT HEATED) is yours to enjoy during your stay. This is our full time home, and we are excited to share it with you. Over 1700 square feet upstairs including 1 King Bedroom, upstairs private, cozy and comfortable, 2 Queen Bedrooms on main floor, Dinning room, Living room, Sunroom, Kitchen, Full bath all updated.
800 square feet on the lower level, which includes Living room, Fireplace and Full bath, Dinning area, Kitchenette and Queen Bedroom. All Bedrooms feature New Mattresses (Simmons Beauty rest). Both living rooms have sectional sofas, and each Living room features HDTV's. Bedrooms have smart TV's.
But the outdoor space will have you spending all your time there. 6 foot privacy fence, back deck, Pool, Pool House , Hammock, Fire pit, Horse shoes, Grills, lounge chairs, Sectional sofa and table! A full outdoor oasis only minutes to SPAC (bike ride), 4 miles to downtown and 10 minute drive to Saratoga lake. So whether you're coming for an event or just to get away, our house offers you, your family or group all the comforts of being home.
We don't believe in the old theory of list it and let it be. With this is our full time home and we contiue to make updates and keep everything new and fresh. We've spent the offseason refreshing all the main areas and bedrooms! We have always excelled at keeping a clean and comfortable home for all our guest, we hire a cleaning service each time a guest departs and we always oversea all cleaning before the house is ready for your stay. You can see by our 5 star reviews, we love to have a clean, comfortable place for you to come and relax.
We take pride in the fact that all of our rooms (3 Queen Size) bedrooms with Headboards and (1 king size) Bedroom with New mattresses, fresh linens, lots of pillows, nice towels, water pitchers with glasses, TV's, soaps and shampoo, and a warm comfortable feel.
I spend over 200 nights a year in hotels and we've taken the best ideas from all these properties to make your experience with us top notch. We have over 100 Five Star reviews with other site.

Great property, even better host!

Could not be happier with my decision to rent from Andrew and Tracy! House was clean, Tracy was wonderful with the check-in process, and the whole group had a great time! The Piñon Wood worked great in the fire! Couldn’t recommend renting from anyone else other than Andrew and Tracy! You guys made my wife’s 30th birthday so special and memorable! Thanks!

My family and I stayed here for 3 weeks in August, I use VRBO for most vacations and stays away from home, and Andrew and Tracy are among the best hosts I have encountered! The house was perfectly prepared and the pool was exactly what we needed, we were actually there for work, and it was great that our kids would have something to do without having to take them anywhere. Tracy was super attentive, if we needed anything or had a question about anything, I could just text her anytime and she would respond. The grill was awesome and ready to go, everything we needed to cook with was there in the kitchen, It was definitely a home away from home (plus a pool!), which far and above exceeded our expectations!

Great location and great owners!

Andrew and Tracy went above and beyond making sure we made the most out of our stay. They provided detailed information about things to do in the area, places to eat and sights to see. It was a great location and close to northern lake George and the outlets. They always checked in to see if we needed anything and see how everything was going. The house was beautiful and fit our family of 8. I would definitely book again ;)

Amazing stay in Saratoga

We had an incredible time staying at this beautiful property in Saratoga. The hosts were extremely helpful and communicative about things to do including breweries, vineyards, restaurants, hikes and more. The property itself is beautiful and exactly how it’s pictured. The pool was so great, fire pit was awesome, all the outdoor seating was great as well for our 6 person group. The house is very close to downtown and a to. If great restaurants including Docks which I highly recommend. We can’t say more about how great our time was- we hope to come back!

Saratoga weekend

Great house that was perfect for our group. We used it as home base for track and for a concert. Clean, convenient and charming. Easy to check in and out. Plenty of parking. 8 of us used outdoor pool and well lighted back yard area Saturday night after long day at track . Best house we have stayed in around Saratoga in our mnay years.

Fantastic!

We stayed at Geyser Crest for an extended weekend to see a concert a SPAC. The property exceeded expectations. The house was well appointed with everything one could need to sit down and relax. The pool and the fire pit were the highlights of the home, as well as the basement “suite” which was perfect for our pregnant friend to gain some cool quietness, and easy access to a bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a gourmet meal. The home also has access to a private chef that you can use if you would like a nice meal cooked for you on property. We scheduled him for a Friday night bday dinner. The food was good and the price reasonable to have a night off of shopping, cooking and cleaning. We have rented a few properties over the past years and this one comes in as a new favorite. The homeowners are lovely, too. We will rent here again!

Tracy and Andrew were amazing hosts! They were very accommodating and were more than happy to answer any questions leading up to our stay. The house is very clean, each room had it's own bedding, bathrooms were super clean, and we had more than enough space for our party of 9. The backyard was amazing; lots of space and has a great layout. The weekend we were up at the house was super hot, so having the pool was awesome. At night, the fire pit was a wonderful way to get everyone around after a day out in Saratoga. Overall we had an amazing time and highly recommend their house for a nice get away. We hope to be back soon!
