Turning this turn of the century Victorian farmhouse into a Vacation Rental Home has been a labor of love. We all hope it offers you and your group a lovely "home away from home" while you visit beautiful Sonoma County.
What makes this House unique

Perfect getaway for our extended family
We spent a few days at "The Queen" and it was perfect for us. The house was immaculately clean (important to me) and very spacious. It's well maintained, and had everything we needed. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking, with all of the utensils, pots, pans, plates, etc. one could want. We had plenty of room to be together, and when we wanted it, separate spaces for quiet time. The house is quite large.
The location was peaceful and scenic, and only a ten minute drive (30 minute walk) to Petaluma's downtown, which has lots of interesting shops and restaurants. It's also a beautiful walk the other way through country lanes and open space. So, we could be in the middle of things quickly, or the middle of nowhere when we wanted that.
It's a great house for a family get together. We will definitely stay here again.
We loved our stay at the Queen. We were there with family to celebrate our dad's 80th birthday, and the house couldn't have been more perfect. There is lots of room and the kitchen was well-equipped. The beds are comfortable although small (only full-size and twins upstairs.) You feel like you've stepped back in time with the victorian decor, and a few times we were pretty sure the old place might be haunted by a friendly, young spirit. The wineries in Sonoma are only a short drive away and the grounds are relaxing and beautiful. The donkey braying outside makes for a unique morning alarm! Thanks for sharing your lovely home; we made great memories there.
Seven members of my family stayed at the Queen. It fit us very well! The Queen is lovely, spacious, we had everything we needed there, lots of different places outside to congregate for meals, great working kitchen. Great location on the edge of town and it felt like being in the country. Loved the farm atmosphere, the donkeys, the garden.
So happy the home was such a good fit for your group! Really is the best of both worlds; tranquil country atmosphere while still being close to town 😊
This semi-rural property provided the perfect place to relax and recharge during the weekend of our daughter's Sonoma County wedding. The kitchen was well equipped, and we found everything we needed to host small family gatherings around the gracious dining room table throughout the weekend. I hope we'll be back in the future!
Thank you for your lovely review! Your group was a pleasure to host & we certainly welcome you in future.
Peaceful farmhouse with lots of room
The quiet convenient location a mile or so from downtown Petaluma made for a very comfortable stay. There was plenty of room to spread out for the 7 of us and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We really appreciated the coffee and tea so we didn't have to run out to get those supplies for the first morning. We did need to supply drinking water though because the tap water had a sulfur smell. Everyone was grateful to be able to stay at the Queen and enjoy the multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas in the farm environment.
Thank you for being our guests. We are so happy to hear you appreciated the location of the home and the well stocked kitchen.
Charming home, centrally located and lots of character!
We stayed at The Queen for my sister’s 30th birthday and it was the perfect home base for wine tasting, venturing to the coast/Point Reyes, and exploring Napa/Sonoma! Sonoma airport is nearby and the trip to San Francisco was a little more than an hour.
Our group of 7 had plenty of space and appreciated the spacious kitchen and dining room. Check-in was a breeze and the complimentary bottle of wine was the perfect way to welcome our stay! We started to plan our trip back before we even left!
We appreciate your lovely review of The Queen. Wonderful that it was a nice setting for the birthday celebrations!
