Great place to stay if visiting Camelback, which we were. The condo has everything you need for simple meals. It was clean and well kept. Beds are comfy. Not a big deal, but areas for improvement: pillows on the beds need updating, it would have been nice to have a snow shovel for the steps- someone came and cleared eventually but we had to go up and down a few times while covered, and a note with check out instructions would’ve been helpful. Some places have you wash dishes, strip beds, etc. We weren’t sure what to do. But none of these were a big deal and we would stay there again happily.

We picked this property because it was priced well, reviewers said it was clean and it was close to camelback mountain. Additionally, it was dog friendly (though our dog ended up not coming). If that is all you need, then you will be fine.Here are some of the things that could make this property go from “met expectations” to “highly met or exceeded expectations”. Note: my husband rates the pro terry lower on account of the following things:-the property sleeps 6, so there should be 6 complete settings in the kitchen: six plates/bowls/glasses/mugs/forks/spoons/knives-there should also be basic cooking utensils: a spatula for instance.-the master bedroom mattress is sinking and is due for replacement. The pillows are more than due for replacement.-the refrigerator had debris/crumbs. It should be spotless for each renter. -the floor was sticky (per my husband) I wouldn’t know bc I never walk around barefoot.

The apartment was very clean and tidy, and the location was great. Our only complaint was that most of the seasonings in the kitchen were empty, there were no paper towels or napkins, and the dishwasher pod container was empty.
