Gran casa en el barrio de Zephyr Cove con un poco de vistas al lago !! Un montón de espacio para moverse en esta casa, incluyendo una planta baja completos, un patio trasero, dos cubiertas, una parrilla de gas, todo ello en un buen barrio. Ver increíbles puestas de sol en julio y agosto. Esta casa está muy cerca de Heavenly Village (<10 minutos en coche), tenemos tres de la mejor playa en el lago en Round Hill, Nevada Beach y Zephyr Cove playa a menos de 3 millas de la unidad. Puede caminar hasta dos buenos restaurantes / bares, pero la casa está justo al lado del bullicioso centro del casino para que pueda tener la tranquilidad y la belleza de la sierra.

Great stay in Tahoe

We had a wonderful time staying in this home. It was very clean, the kitchen is great to cook in and it had a fence! Awesome yard to hang out and got dogs.

We felt at home.

This property made our stay in Lake Tahoe a huge success. The house itself is awesome tucked in the woods, but only a couple miles from resorts and the city. It has everything you need to be comfortable and secure. We will definitely book this place again in our next Lake Tahoe vacation. The owners are responsive, welcoming and professional.

A Home in the Snow...

This is a great house situated close to everything in and around South Lake Tahoe. Kitchen is well furnished, the beds are comfortable, and the fenced backyard is great for a dog. Even though there was over 6 feet of snow covering the front and back yards, we still enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect house for six guests.

Owner, Brian, is very responsive and accessible - a pleasure to work with. The house has a good layout for both privacy and living room/dining space for everyone to gather. The location allows for easy access to Stateline, beaches, skiing and hiking trails. Our stay was a great way to ring in the New Year. Thank you.

Cozy house in Zephyr Cove

We just returned from a week skiing at Heavenly with our adult son and his wife. This house served us very well. It is cozy, clean, and very well stocked. The beds are comfortable. Some of the furniture is a little dated, but it's exactly as shown in the listing photos. The house is 10-15 minutes from Heavenly Village, 15 minutes from the California Lodge and 20 minutes from the Stagecoach Lodge (on the Nevada side of Heavenly). The owner, Brian, communicated very well with us. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Our stay was excellent!

Stayed with my husband and our two adult children and their spouses. The floor plan was perfect for 3 couples, the kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was comfortable. Balcony was lovely. The driveway was easily accessible, unlike many others in the area. Portable a/c units in bedrooms were needed and appreciated. Owner was easy to communicate with, and let us check in a little early. No problems with the property at all!

Perfect Winter Getaway

We loved staying at the property and the care and communication from the owner. It shows that they care. The rooms are great, warm, well equipped kitchen. We loved the hot shower and water pressure after a cold day of skiing. The only thing at all for me that is out of anyone's control is that the house is located on top of a hill (and therefore has beautiful views), but it's not easy to go for walks in the woods. You'd have to drive out of the neighborhood. But that said, if you aren't with someone who stays behind in the house and can't drive anywhere while you are off skiing, then it's not a problem at all.

Fantastic Property

This property is a gem! The Zephyr Cove location is hard to beat. The neighborhood is beautiful. The property manager was more than available to answer questions and even to make suggestions with regards to activities, dining, etc. We had a family group of six with ages ranging from 4 to 78. The property was perfect for such a group. We will certainly come right back to his property on our next trip to Tahoe!

Beautiful home!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the home. It’s beautifully put together with all amenities you could need. You can tell the owners take pride in this home as it’s very clean and updated. Very communicative and helpful. The backyard was perfect for our dogs and the location on the Lake in Zephyr Cover was close to Heavenly, grocery stores, and a lake park/beach. We loved that you could see the lake from the deck and the sunroom is adorable! 10/10 highly recommend!

Clean, clean, clean, did I mention that’s it’s clean?

This was our first time using a rental service so I wasn’t really sure on what to except. Brian’s home to put it simply was great! It had everything that was needed to have an amazing few days in Tahoe. The house is clean and located in a quiet neighborhood, the kitchen was well stocked, bedroom were spacious, WiFi worked great and has a fenced in yard that allowed my pups to adventure around. We hope to be able to stay here again the next time we visit the Tahoe area.

Great-Value and Beautiful Home!

Brian's home was even nicer than we expected! Everything was very clean, spacious, nicely-decorated, and the backyard and surroundings were so beautiful! Watching the sunset over the lake from upstairs on the deck was amazing. Great location and friendly neighborhood too. Little things like card games, extra kitchenware, and the hammock and chairs outside made us feel right at home and taken care of. Brian was very accommodating and communicative. My friends and I all agreed that we would definitely stay there again.

Great View and Very Nice House!

We stayed here for the New Years Eve Holiday. We all had a great time and would come back again. The view is fantastic and the house is very nice. The bathrooms have been remodeled nicely and the kitchen was nice too. Had all the amenities of home you could want. The location is great too, close to Stateline, the Casinos and Heavenly. Quiet neighborhood and nice to take a walk around in. The Sun room was a nice surprise and really liked the very large flat screen TV in the Living room. There are also 2 more TV's in the Bedrooms. Brian, the owner was quick to respond to any questions I had and made me feel very welcomed. I would definitely recommend staying here.
