This was a really nice updated space in a quiet residential neighborhood. We had room to stretch out, access to WiFi, and Host was very quick to respond to my messages. I have to say, the whole process was painless! Would definitely recommend to family or friends visiting Austin.

Communication was spot on about every detail. The studio apartment was very nice in appearance and was super clean. I loved sitting outside on the balcony and loved the big trees that were part of the property. Although our weekend activities were in the Austin area the drive to and from was not at all long. In fact, we enjoyed returning back to this area and the tranquil nature of this property. I would highly recommend!

Place was great for our needs - just one night and a place to sleep and eat breakfast. Everything was nice and functional. Howevever, the couch pull out bed did not have any linens available. So if you're needing 2 legitimate sleeping spots, take that into consideration.

This was a great rental experience. The layout is great and it's very spacious, plus very up to date and nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and in working order. The instructions for where to park and how to get in were very easy to follow. It's a separate unit from the main house and is located over the garage, so it feels like a stand-alone place. The host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet. There are also plenty of good dining options in the area.If we're back in the area again, this will be our first choice.
