Hello Casey, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. As pointed out upon arrival of your stay, it was clearly communicated with you that the balcony was not accessible, and that there was exterior construction during weekdays. As a result, the nightly rate was discounted to reflect these, and you had accepted the terms of the rental when you reserved this vacation stay. We do not ever surprise our guests upon their arrival at the building with regards to construction and guests always have the ability to cancel their reservation once they are made aware of it and this reservation was no exception. You were made aware of the closed balcony and construction right at the start of your booking. Warmly, Wendy

Hello Terrence, thank you so much for taking the time to provide your feedback regarding your state. It was a pleasure to host your family and very glad to hear that everyone had a terrific day. Warmest regards, Wendy

Hello Ian, Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. Our condo is located on the beach. In fact it is just a three minute walk from the building to the sand and we are on the Atlantic Ocean side without needing to cross the street. It is located in the City of Hollywood, and therefore it is on Hollywood Beach. Hollandale Beach is just one street south of us. Perhaps you were referring to the Hollywood Broadwalk which is 10 min away. We have had excellent feedback regarding the cleaning services we use and I did not hear any issues from yourself upon your arrival, and I wish you would’ve advised of any issues when you did encounter any. We are always here to rectify any issues for our guests. The beach towels are always provided and they are placed in the small closet. Thanks again for providing your feedback Ian. Warmest regards, Wendy

Hello Andrew, thank you or taking the time to provide your feedback regarding your stay. We are happy to hear that you had a great stay. VRBO charges a fee so they can continue to connect renters and owners so you can have a family of 5 stay in a spacious beachside condo instead of paying more to stay in the much smaller hotel rooms. In my opinion it is well worth it, so families can enjoy meals and their vacation time together in a larger and more comfortable space of their choice. Warmest Regards, Wendy

Thank you Joseph for your positive feedback! It was a pleasure to host your group and we look forward to hosting you again in the future! Warmest regards, Wendy
