This property is listed as an apartment but operates more like a high end hotel. There is a concierge at the front desk 24/7 which we really appreciated. The apartment was in an excellent location, within walking distance to a multitude of restaurants and attractions including the Zocalo, and the palacio presidencial.

Quiet Oasis in Centro Historico

Wonderful apartment. It was just as advertised. Nice rooms with appropriate accessories. The staff here are wonderful and accommodating. The location is great. 3 Minutes to the metro, ten minute walk to zocalo, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Highly recommended!

Great stay

Location was perfect; within walking distance to museums, historical sites, shopping, and good restaurants. Quiet at night. Clean. Friendly staff. I would definitely return and recommend to travelers visiting the city. Only suggestion
 to have a folder with maps, and information about restaurants, places of interest, recommendations, etc. available in units. Consider having in English. Otherwise 5- star stay!

Long weekend trip

Communication with Livia from initial booking was on point - always quick to respond.Check in was easy and the condo was perfect size with 2beds/2baths. Location was also super convenient for walking, access to the hop/on bus stop and Ubers were very quick pick upsStaff were accommodating and friendly.A small few things to note but would not deter me to stay here again (1) no air conditioning which was fine for the time of year we went as the evening did cool down and there were large floor fans if needed (2) no oven/stove in the full size kitchen (3) a nice outdoor space but no furniture to enjoy a morning coffee outside. Outside of these small notes I highly recommend

Clean comfortable and Perfectly Located

The staff is very friendly and helpful, they provided us with welcome snacks and a map of the area. The apartment was very very clean, and quiet. It is perfectly located, close to all major attractions in the historic center of the city. There are a lot of restaurants around. They offer laundry services.

Super clean, super central

Very convenient, very clean if sparsely furnished centrally located flat with comfortable beds. Helpful staff provided supplies (such as a toaster and bedside lamps) when asked. Kitchen in particular needed more pots, glasses and silverware. Be aware that this apartment does not have an oven, only a stove top.

Perfect!

This property is the perfect location, perfectly comfortable, perfectly safe, in the perfect city! Beautifully renovated property. In a very walkable neighborhood. Museums, parks, theaters and restaurants abound on all sides. The owner is very accessible and has staff on site at all times. She provided recommendations on area restaurants, sites and tours - ALL recommendations were fantastic. Highly recommend this property - there are 7 units available.

Wonderful location, great place!

We really liked this place. It was perfect for us as I was traveling with my friend, and a couple. We had 2 bedrooms, with 2 baths. It offered 3 beds. The place was clean. They were responsive to our needs in a timely fashion. We did not meet Livia, but she was very responsive to us. The only draw back was, no one was there to let us in, and we were on the sidewalk waiting to get in for 30 min. I had confirmed our check in time so it was discouraging. We enjoyed the place so much we tried to rent it again when we came back to the city, but it was booked. I would definitely rent this place again, and recommend it to my friends.

Perfect location and friendly staff

My sons and I spent a week at Casa Donceles #6 and really enjoyed it. The location could not be better - super convenient to everything. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was exactly what we needed.
