Located in Seaside Villas, a gated oceanfront complex, you're just steps from the sand and a short walk to Coligny Plaza’s shops, dining, and entertainment. Perfect for couples or small families, this cozy retreat features a Queen bed, Queen sleeper sofa, and two small bunks for kids. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, and free bikes for exploring the island! 🌊🚲🏝️

Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park, it is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! 🌊🏝️

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

The pool looked nice and clean but I did not have a chance to use it. Host texted me within 10 minutes when I had a question. Excellent communication. Apartment was clean and great and probably best for 2. The ocean was easily viewed from the balcony and less than a 5 minute walk away. I would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only issue we had was the amount of light in the bedroom at night. There was a night light the was actually built into the outlet so we couldn’t remove it and had to and then the other issue was the light from outside the unit itself and pool area.

Beach Weekend

The best thing about this place is the location. After arriving on Thursday we didn’t get back in the car until leaving on Sunday. Everything is in walking distance: beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The unit is small but cute, perfect for a couple getaway (there are bunk beds for small kids though). Owner was extremely responsive.

Very cute place, great location

This was such a nice condo and Lisa and Dennis were so easy to work with. It's also in a great location, right in between Sea Pines and Coligny Plaza. We love vacationing in Hilton Head and I would definitely stay in this condo again!
