Cette unité d'une chambre a une grande vue sur le jardin et est située près de la piscine et du bureau. Une toute nouvelle cuisine a été installée avec de beaux comptoirs en granit. Deux fauteuils inclinables et un canapé en rotin confortable avec un canapé-lit queen dans le salon, pour des invités supplémentaires! La salle de bain a une baignoire et une cabine de douche. La chambre a un lit king avec des meubles en bois. Grande laveuse et sécheuse avec nouveau revêtement de sol dans la cuisine et la salle de bain. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur, cafetière, micro-ondes, grille-pain et tous les ustensiles de cuisine. Accessible à l'intérieur de l'unité sont les ventilateurs de plafond, linge de maison, laveuse et sécheuse, planche à repasser, Internet haute vitesse, ainsi qu'un climatiseur dans la chambre. À l'extérieur de l'unité, vous trouverez un patio pour les repas en plein air, des barbecues, des barbecues à gaz, des douches extérieures, des piscines partagées, des courts de tennis et un accès direct à la plage!

Enjoyed our stay

I was nervous about booking because the lack of reviews but we thoroughly enjoyed our time here! The place was a little out-dated but it was clean and spacious. The grounds were very nicely kept and clean. The pool was steps away from our lanai. The staff who worked in the office were helpful and friendly. Beaches were in walking distance and so was shopping and restaurants. We would stay again!

Aloha Jennifer, Thank you for the review, glad you enjoyed your stay. The property was built in the early 70's and currently going under renovation, to include painting the buildings once the major work is done. Not sure when the completion date is scheduled for, the property management sends us weekly updates. Hard to compete with the neighboring properties that were more recently built. As for the cleanliness of the condo, sorry to hear that there was some concern. If you are able to provide us with more information, that would be greatly appreciated. A few recommendations include: new beach chairs, the dryer worked but was making loud noises probably needs replacing soon. Enjoyed using the umbrella at the beach for shade. I would like the pool rules to change to accommodate floating air mattresses when the pool is not so busy. Enjoyed cooking meals in the well supplied kitchen. Great location to the beach across the street. Thanks for renting out your condo; we would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 3 weeks in May. We had previously stayed at this resort several times 25 years ago. The grounds, including bbqs, proximity to the beach, walking paths, and location for walking to a few shops and restaurants were all great. We stayed in Unit 107 which was comfortable for us. The only complaint is that while the basic cleaning was done, deep cleaning is needed on this unit. We did a lot of our own cooking and the cooking utensils and pans could use an upgrade. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our return visit to Hale Kamaole.

Reviewer Comments: These condos are in a great location with an accessible beach across the road and steps to the pools,BBQs,Tennis courts and management office. Excellent on-site manager (Scott) who rescued our vacay by moving us into another unit when the original unit we rented was accidentally flooded from above. Unit 107 was well furnished with washer/drier/dishwasher but seemingly missing cork screw, baking pan, kettle..or may be I didn't find them. No smart TV/Netflix for those who may need those, but strong wifi available.King Bed was perfect. All in all great base for exploring the sites and easy access to restaurants and shops.

There was an umbrella, but it was one for the beach and would not fit the table,so we had to improvise to get some shade.

Ground Floor Beauty

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My sister and I shared suite #107 for 17 nights in February. We were both very pleased with how well equipped it was. New outdoor carpet and furniture on the lanai were a bonus! The king size bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There were boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel gear and a beach cooler to use. My sister prefers a tall chair so she purchased one to use on holiday and left it in with the beach supplies. The in suite washer and dryer were very handy. I loved how close we were to the pool and beach. Also we really enjoyed using the bbq’s as well. You have a choice between briquettes or gas. Don’t hesitate to stay here, it’s ideal!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit had everything for your stay on Maui. Comfortable, spacious too. It has a few boogie boards, snorkel gear, a soft cooler, and hard cooler. (We use the soft cooler everyday and this one has seen better days, but it still worked! We just put the ice in ziplocks since the bottom leaks the ice once it starts melting.)Multiple beach chairs. Plenty of beach towels, and the washer/dryer in unit! A huge plus for people like us that pack really light when we come to Maui. The location is perfect, Kihei is my favorite location to stay. Highly recommend eating at Coconuts fish! We love to explore the island boogie boarding and snorkeling, so we rent our gear from snorkel bobs because I like that quality stuff, so I didn't try the units gear, it might be really good too. I always pack a couple extra ziplocks, a couple sizes, since they take up no room, and I was glad I did. Great unit! Mahalo for offering your unit to us! We loved it!

Great location

First of all, thank you to the owners and property managers for making all of this possible and letting us stay at your place! I am a huge fan of vrbo/airbnb. I love staying at someones place so much better than hotels or resorts. I have such a better experience, and its so much more of an enjoyable trip to me. So thank you again, I was very comfortable here! This is a great property, in a great location. We had everything we needed. I pack really light when I come to the Hawaiian islands, so I like to know what to expect in a unit. This unit didn't disappoint. We had operating comfortable beach chairs. I think there were 4-5. An umbrella, plenty of beach towels. (Nice regular towels as well). A washer/dryer in the unit. A couple coolers, one hardshell and the soft shell back pack style. We use the soft-shell styles everyday, so its always nice to see a unit has one. This one was older and worn, had one shoulder strap broken but it was still usable, and it served its purpose. I would recommend replacing this over anything else. There were boogie boards, and some snorkeling gear. We boogie board and snorkel pretty much everyday, so we always rent from snorkel bobs, but if you just wanted to play around a little, the items in the unit would suffice. We had some ziplocks in the unit but I would recommend packing a couple extra in your bag if you use them. The back pack leaked the melting ice from the bottom, but this was easily remedied by putting ice in a ziplock. I would also pack a couple extra trash bags too. Both of these items easily pack and its better than having to buy these types of things if you go through them quickly. I like to really explore the island, and having these extra amenities really makes our vacation easy! As other reviewers have stated the carpet was slightly worn, but I felt it was clean. I am one of the very few people in the world that prefer carpet in situations like these. I like that theres a soft place for my feet. The beds were comfortable, even the pullout, where my daughter slept. The bathroom spacious, and the shower drained! This location is awesome, anywhere in this north to south Kihei area is really nice. I hadn't stayed on the Kihei side before, and its my favorite. Close to the north beaches, and I think the food is good. We ate at Coconuts fish a lot. Their fish tacos are the BEST! Mahalo!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed happily in 107 for many years, The property is now looking tired and worn, The carpet in the Lanai is threadbare and torn, the carpet in the lounge is spotted and now getting matted, the bed skirt is torn, the Lanai needs a roll down sunshade, we will not be renting 107 again but will rent again in Hale Kameole.
