If you book after June 18, 2022, there is a possibility that the master suite with the kitchenette is no longer available because we have reserved the master suite for our on-site manager. This means the listing will be for a 7b/4b, NOT 8B/5B. If this is a concern, please ask host for details. Also, due to lingering affects of covid, we have temporarily ceased the remodeling of our backyard, so please do not expect backyard to be nicely landscaped with advertised amenities; we are sorry for this inconvenience.

Cleanliness, Safety, Convenience, Comfort, & Saving Money are what we are about. Located in a low-traffic, quiet neighborhood, conveniently close to freeways, hospitals, dining areas, golf parks, playground, public swimming pools, jogging paths, and volleyball courts. Our professional landscape design with lighting system is ideal to host weddings. There are plenty of parking, spaces, chairs, and dining tables (foldable tables with foldable chairs are available with advance request for a nominal fee). We offer a smoke-free, fragrance-free home that will be professionally cleaned before every check-in, with freshly washed sheets and towels, clothes hangers, iron, hair dryer provided. Home has modern decorations with some antique furnishings for durability. Security cameras surrounding the exterior of the home ensures safety for guests.

Our two-story home includes 3 private entries, 3 separate dining spaces with 2 full kitchens and 1 kitchenette/wet bar, 2 living rooms with leather couches and 4 recliners, 8 bedrooms with 2 master suites, 5 bathrooms with 4 soaking tubs, a privately-fenced backyard with a mist system and real grass to keep your pets and kids safe, happy, and cool, fast wifi with hard-wired internet, a wifi printer, a landline with 3 handheld telephones to work, an exercise/game room, and a Dimension One spa that comfortably sits 7-8 adults. Every bedroom has black-out curtains and a bed with a pillow-top mattress, mattress topper, or memory foam on top of the mattress to ensure quality sleep. Four bedrooms with walk-in closets and 1 bathroom are upstairs for those who desire some privacy to sleep, rest, and/or do work away from the social downstairs commotion.

To help parents alleviate their burden of kid supervision, we are one of the few homes without a swimming pool, but furnished with 7 smart-TVs with roku and plenty of games to keep your kids occupied, while adults can socialize, work and/or take a break from your kids. Kids' tables and chairs, playpen, board games, bikes, putting greens, a playground, Xbox, and different backyard games (i.e. Baggo, bocci ball, horse shoe, corn hole, etc.) are available to entertain everyone of all ages. Bikes, strollers, and tricycles available for a local stroll around the neighborhood. Those who need to work from home will appreciate the 5 office desks, a wifi-printer, paper, a landline with 3 telephones, and fast-speed, stable internet (every room has a hard-wired internet).

If you are looking for a chef's kitchen, look no further. Furnished with 5 fridges, 2 full kitchens, and 1 kitchenette, there's plenty of cooking items to make gourmet meals (please ask host if there's a kitchen amenity you need that's not available).

A mist system around the patio area, tree shade, and real grass helps keep you cool during those hot summers. The soothing sound of a waterfall and the massaging jets of the spa will relax those tired muscles. The firepit is ideal for those lazy nights of smores and chitchats.

Music lovers will enjoy playing on our keyboard. We have 4 recliners in the living rooms so you can stretch out those tired legs while watching your favorite TV shows with your friends, coworkers, and/or families.

We are in the process of landscaping the yard which includes lights, a mist system, a sprinkler system, a playground, an artificial turf area for mini golf, a concrete area to bike, hopscotch, and to play with chalk and balls, and a spa that can comfortably sit 7 adults so you can massage your tired muscles after a tiring day. There will also be a detached game room with exercise equipments for health-conscious people. So exterior construction might happen during your stay during normal business hours. We will post updated pictures once landscaping is done.

In light of the coronavirus pandemic, we will go out of our way to help you. We will do the following:

1. Follow Airbnb's & CDC's recommended cleaning procedures. Cleaning protocols are included in your house manual.
2. Answer all your questions and concerns calmly and thoroughly.
3. Respond immediately to your concerns.
4. We have essential supplies for you.
5. Covid-19 survival field guide (links are provided in your house manual).
6. Connection to holistic practitioners that have successfully treated COVID-19 at an affordable cost. Please contact host if you need this service.
7. Host & host's affiliates observe social distancing, where/when applicable, including wearing masks, depending on guests' comfort level.

Door handles? Every single one wiped down.

Plates? Ran through the washer, even the clean ones.

Linens? Bleached. Every single one.
