Spacious 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom ground floor condo with huge patio overlooking the Caribbean sea. Sleeps 6. Extremely quiet and private as this is the ground floor condo with no next door neighbors! Fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee maker (bring your favorite K cups!) , 42 inch LED HDTV in living room, all bedrooms equipped with LED HDTV flat screen TVs. Many areas located outside for hanging and drying clothes and dive equipment. For DIVING, SNORKELING and other activities on Bonaire check out the on site Dive center, 'Dive Friends'


Bonaire is a small island located in the southern Caribbean and it is truly unique in the world. It's as if this tiny island was made just for diving and snorkeling, as, from virtually any place on the leeward coastline, you can enter the beautiful Caribbean Sea and dive! No other island in the Caribbean has so many unrestricted shore dive sites. Steep walls, sloping drop-offs, exciting wrecks and last, but not least, the double reef system, which will take your breath away.

For over 20 years, Bonaire has maintained dedication to protecting its natural beauty and environment. The Bonairean people declared the waters around Bonaire and Klein Bonaire, an underwater marine park.

Bonaire has the reputation of being laid back, very tranquil, and a paradise for divers. People have written many slogans and descriptions about Bonaire, such as 'the best kept secret,' 'unforgettable, unhurried,' and, of course, 'divers' paradise.' The fact is that all these statements are true. There is so much to explore both above and below the water!

Bonaire is located 30 miles from Curacao; 50 miles north of Venezuela and 86 miles east of Aruba, outside the hurricane belt. The island is 24 miles long by 3-7 miles wide, 112 square miles. Its highest point is Brandaris Hill, 784 feet.

Yearly average temperature is 82° F (27.8° C), average water temperature is 80° F (26.7° C), average humidity is 76%, and the island receives lots of sunshine.

A great experience!

We all were 70, one of us disabled and this was a magical place. Snorkeling out our back door, icy AC, great outdoor space and three comfortable bedrooms. Gorgeous views greeted us every morning and lizards were plentiful and delightful—and all outdoors! definitely would recommend!

Love this condo and it’s location. This was our 3rd time to stay here. Very convenient for access to Bari Reef. I could sit on the porch and watch the water and the birds forever. Love having meals out there! Owner has always been very responsive to questions and the local office staff is great also.

Gorgeous apartment, fully renovated. Steps from the ocean. We particularly enjoyed the exterior space, loungers and a large table where everyone can sit around and have a convivial meal while listening to the ocean. Highly recommend.

Our stay in Paradise

We’ve been to Bonaire several times and always stayed at Sand dollar. This is my favorite room. You are so close to the water. Breakfast outside on the patio was wonderful. The diving and snorkeling were wonderful right in front of the room. We will definitely be back. Six adults stayed very comfortably in this room. The kitchen is well stocked.

incredible 3 bedroom stay

We loved staying again in F-21. It is our favorite place to stay in Bonaire. The back patio is great for a wonderful outside meal with its water view and there is a great breeze and spots to hang gear for drying for the next day's dives. The inside of the unit is spacious and well thought out. It is a short dive to pick up tanks or rinse gear at Dive Friends Sand Dollar which is our favorite dive operation with lots of spots on the island to pick up and exchange tanks. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Home Away from Home

Every year, same timeframe the group travels & vacations on Bonaire. From the1st time we stayed in F21 we felt comfortable and at home. The condo was fully furnished, a great kitchen, bedrooms were spacious. Wifi, cable and air condition. But to us sitting near the seawall after a long day of diving, snorkeling or sightseeing enjoying the sunsets, and each other was and still to this day is our highlight. We luv going and staying at F21, and we look forward to continue staying there.

Fabulous stay

Our second time at this property/unit. We love the ability to snorkel right out our back door! Unit is clean and kitchen is fully appointed. A/C is nice when there in the heat of the summer. They even supplied a cooler and cold packs which was great for day trips. Bring shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a dish towel.

My Only Place to Stay on Bonaire

Absolutely LOVE this condo! The location is amazing and very convenient to Bari Reef. Love having breakfast on the porch each morning and enjoying the view and watching the iguanas and crabs promenade on the sea wall, and enjoying all the many birds. Owner and front desk are very responsive if any issues. Perfect location for easily doing night snorkels via the steps into the water near the patio. Tons of hooks for drying gear on the patio. Wished we could stay longer.

Fourth time to the island, first time in F21.

Now we know why everyone loves F21. Easy walk to the water and places to hangout your scuba gear. The staff at Sand Dollar is always friendly and helpful. The guys and gals at Dive Friends are ready to make our scuba dreams come true. Don't forget to eat at Breezes and Bites too. Thursday Burger night is so much fun! We're already planning for next year.

Wonderful Condo with great Snorkeling /Diving

Cannot imagine better location: we did everything from early morning to late night snorkeling, entering water less than 15 yards from back patio. Cleaning and drying dive equipment was total breeze on patio. There were fans in every room and screens on every door and window. The condo complex community was full of amazingly friendly residents who offered supplies, advice, diving equipment, and camaraderie.

Fantastic Bonaire property

Love the convenience to the dive shop and the ability to swim off the property. A little disappointed in the pool. In the pictures it looked convenient to the unit but it was right next to Eddy’s. Otherwise the property was clean, well-kept, set up for divers and communication with the owner was always timely. Thank you! We will stay with you again!!!
