Bedrooms 3
Space 2,260 sq. ft.
Property type house
Minimum Stay 3 - 8 nights

About the property

3 bedroom, 3 bath (sleeps 8) steps from the beach

This custom home is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Florida’s Forgotten Coast. There are miles of unspoiled, soft, sandy beaches to enjoy with friends and family. The beaches of Cape San Blas were voted one of the top ten in the US, known for great fishing, shell hunting, swimming or just relaxing. With its' extra-fine white sand & stunning aquamarine water it is truly a paradise for those looking for a fantastic quiet get away.

This spacious upscale Gulf-front home is beautifully decorated with Italian tile throughout. The main living area and kitchen are located on the top floor for optimal gulf views throughout the day. As for the sunset, it’s as if it sinks right in your living room with a different show every night. Although we love animals, we want to keep the house as nice as possible, therefore, there are absolutely no pets allowed!

The kitchen is well equipped featuring quartz counter tops, custom cabinets & stainless steel appliances. From the gourmet chef to the crock pot enthusiast, you will find everything you are looking for to make the perfect meal including seating for ten and a grill on the back deck.

The spacious master bedroom opens to a private covered deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee as the beach comes alive and the dolphins play. The master bath has dual sinks with quartz counter tops, a soaking tub, and the perfect shower after a long day at the beach.

Bedroom number two is located on the quiet first floor as well. This room is also very spacious, with a queen sized iron bed, a private deck, flat screen TV, and an upscale dual sink private bath.

The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, a private deck, a flat screen TV, and another beautiful bathroom.

The area offers horseback riding, deep sea fishing, bike rentals, golfing, tennis, and of course shopping. Take advantage of the paved trail stretching the length of the Cape for walking or bike riding. Or Saint Joesph State park, located at the end of the Cape with access to the bay and amazing scalloping.

About The Owner

Our family lives in Gainesville GA, just north of Atlanta. We have always loved the water and look forward to many happy memories on the Cape.

The Owner purchased this house in 2012

Why The Owner chose Florida Main North West

We are the new proud owners of this great beach house. We looked all over FL, and just fell in love with the Cape and this house. We plan on passing our home down for generations, so that the families to come can laugh and love as much as we have.

What makes this house unique

This house is perfect for us because it's big enough for two families to share, or for our girls to bring friends, yet not too big if it's just my husband and I.

Wonderful Week

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful week at Rendezvous. The house was VERY nice, very clean. The kitchen was big, well stocked with everything you'd need. Loved the location - close to the ice cream and donut place !! We had two couples that shared the place, but there was room for many more. One last comment - Pristene Properties were great to work with. Plenty of communications on the rental, what to bring, information on the area etc. Highly recommend it.

1015 Vacation

  • 5 of 5

I wanted to drop you a note to say how delightful your beach house was on our annual trek to the gulf. It was by far the nicest accommodations we have experienced in 20+ years of beach vacations in Texas, Alabama, and Florida. Due to storms, the ocean was a little rougher than usual and we did not really get to enjoy the clear blue water we had hoped to find, but that's how beach trips go. On a positive note, there were no jellyfish or other unwelcome gulf creatures to spoil our surf activities. We ate at Peachy's one day for fish tacos (Yum) and had dinner in Apalachicola at The Seafood Grill one evening which was also great local fare. Our fresh seafood for home cooking came from the small seafood store between Port Saint Joe and the Cape. The Grouper, shrimp, and scallops were amazing!

I usually find myself making some minor repair or improvement during our week stay at the beach just to make things a little nicer for the next resident and to leave a place nicer than we found it. I could not find anything that needed attention and that is so rare for a beach rental! It felt like we were staying with friends instead of renting a property. I also really enjoyed having a garage to keep the beach film off the truck and trailer. We really enjoyed our week in Cape San Blas.I hope we can stay at your home again sometime soon.

Best wishes and thanks again for offering such a great property for us as beach lovers!

Awesome Place

  • 5 of 5

This adventure of ours turned out wonderful. What a wonderful way to spend the holidays with my family. The house is truly on the ocean and the views are spectacular. The dolphins were play right in front of us when we arrived. The house was pristine and extremely well appointed. The people that we meet up and down the beach were friendly and helpful. And many were from the north. Some in our back yard. Loved every minute and can not wait to go back.
