Casa Sea View is located on the top floor of the Triple Tree Golf Building in the Blue Bay Golf Resort. The condo offers beautiful sea views, stunning views of the lush tropical gardens, golf course views and spectacular sunsets every night.

Our apartment#32 is ideal for discovering Curacao Island and all the facilities in the Blue Bay Resort, including six restaurants, a diving school, a beach bar, and an 18-hole golf course. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a swimming pool and tennis courts and a short 6-minute walk to the beach.
The apartment is a spacious one-bedroom, one updated bathroom and updated 1/2 bath. We have done many updates to our apartment, which you will enjoy. The bedroom suite has a new king-size bed, air conditioning, black-out blinds and balcony access to the bedroom. The new refrigerator has ice and water on the door and a large freezer. The suite has a second newly installed air conditioner in the living room and kitchen island seating with bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook and entertain. It will allow you to prepare your own meals and dine inside or on the terrace. The terrace has seating and a table with four chairs. Newly installed awning on the deck to provide shade if needed. We supply all your linens, including beach towels. The pool and parking are communal and shared with other guests in Triple Tree.
Blue Bay is a guarded resort with 24-hour security. We will provide you with a QR code which lets you access the main gate and the beach. You will be required to show it at each gate entry. Our Property Manager will meet you at the apartment upon your arrival on the island.
Due to the cost of water and electricity on the island, it's important to use energy consciously. We will require a $125 deposit per week that will go toward your usage. You will be responsible for all your usage during your stay. You will pay the Property Manager upon arrival, and she will provide you with metre readings, when you check out, the calculations on your usage will be performed, and payment will be made accordingly. In most cases, this is enough to cover usage any overpayment will be refunded.
