There is one bathroom on the main floor with toilet and a bathtub (bathtub has grab bar) second bathroom is located on second floor with toilet and shower only, both bathrooms have towels,washcloths, hairdryer, and body wash and shampoo.Experience what Ephrata has to offer with a stay at our house.We are minutes away from lots of great restaurants and stores.We are located within 45 minutes of many fun attractions.Ephrata Cloister, Shady Maple Smorgasbord, Kitchen Kettle Village, Amish farmhouse,Abe's buggy rides the small town of Intercourse and all it's shops,Riehls Quilt shop,Strasburg Railroad,Pennsylvania Railroad Museum,Dutch Wonderland, Hershey Park, Hershey Chocolate World, and Hershey Gardens and Zoo America to name a few.
We strive to create a home that everyone can enjoy therefore we do not allow pets or smoking/vaping on our premises.We pride ourselves in keeping a very clean home for others to enjoy.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be respectful to the neighbors quiet hours are from 9pm.to 7am. No extra guests unless arranged and agreed upon prior to reservation
Absolutely no smoking, vaping or illegal substances used on premises. A $500 fine will be charged if this rule is broken.

perfect house for a little weekend getaway!

the house was so cute and clean! and the host was so welcoming- they left us a sign and some homemade bread and jelly the darts and pool table kept my siblings busy at night and the yard was great for a baseball catch! we loved our stay!

Hello everyone Welcome to our home. We are a family of 5 who love to travel and make great family memories. The hardest part for us when traveling is finding a place to sleep/stay.With 3 children we either have to book 2 rooms or all crowd in one which is never fun.If you are lucky you can get a suite.After a long day of exploring and taking everything in.My youngest ones were tired of the carseat and stroller and just wanted a place to move around in. Needless to say those motel floors are far from clean for a little one to crawl on.There was also nothing better to make some food for our family and eat in our own space rather then eat out all the time.We greatly enjoy the opportunity to stay in a VRBO or airbnb when we travel where we can stretch out,cook some of our own meals,(helps with the cost of traveling with a family) and just have time to regroup for more adventures. We have tried to create a home that does all of the above and makes traveling fun for everyone. A space for children to play,a nice crib for baby ,a kitchen to cook and eat in and a living room or backyard to relax in.We hope you enjoy your stay and make many great memories.

Even though there are close neighbors it is a relatively quiet neighborhood, but not far from restaurant, grocery stores and much more.

What makes this property unique

The perfect story and a half home when traveling with elderly people it allows them to be on first floor with bedroom and bathroom no need to go the steps.Also has a beautiful backyard outlined with woods and lots of birds and some squirrels.There is an outdoor picnic table in the backyard but it does require going steps to get there.
