This monthly rental is a well appointed 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse. Located on the north end of Durango, it gives easy access to the mountains, river, hot springs and town is just a short trolley ride away!
With a modern style, an open concept living space connected to the kitchen, you can enjoy the view of Animas City Mountain as you sip your morning coffee on the deck.
Access to a private park and Oxbow River park a mile down the road, there is no lack of enjoyment to be had! Enjoy!
