Perfect spot to be close to downtown but not in the middle of the night scene. Super close to the railroad and the heart of everything. My only complaint is that the pull out couch mattress needs to be replaced. While I was not expecting it to be super comfortable, it was lumpy and showing signs of overuse

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location—close to downtown and the railroad while still offering a quieter place to relax. We also appreciated you bringing the pull-out couch mattress to our attention. We were sorry it was not as comfortable as it should have been, and we shared your feedback with our team so the mattress could be evaluated for replacement.

The central location of this property was exactly what we needed. The property was clean and the hosts responded quickly to any questions we had. One thing to note is that this is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property but the one and only closet in the condo did not have a place to hang clothes. There was only 1 small approximately 5 prong bathroom fixture. We were in town for a wedding and really didn't have any place to hang dresses or suits. It was equipped with 2 irons but no ironing board. I think adding some type of bar for clothes as well as an ironing board would be an easy fix. All in all we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We were glad you enjoyed the central location, cleanliness of the property, and quick communication from our team. We appreciated your suggestions regarding the closet space and ironing board, especially for guests visiting for weddings or other special events. We shared these comments with our team for consideration, as we agreed that adding a place to hang clothing and an ironing board would have been helpful. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback, and we were happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall!

We loved the area of the condo. It was quiet ,for the most part. Close to everything that we wanted to do. We had multiple vehicles, so being aboe to park cliae by was nice. We were quite comfortable with all that was offered in the condo. It felt safe and well lit. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Perfect Spring Break spot

This was our second year in Durango for Spring Break, and this condo was absolutely perfect for our family. The location was exactly what we were looking for. There was plenty of space for us to spread out, but also for us to gather and enjoy time with one another. We will definitely be coming back!
