3 cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds and fresh linens (1 California King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin Beds). Every room has a ceiling fan, full length mirror, luggage rack(s), hangers, Smartv, and USB plugs. The Primary has a vanity/makeup area in the walk-in closet with magnifying mirror for your convenience. All beds are on high frames that allow for your suitcases to be stored underneath the beds, if you choose.

Fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials for home-cooked meals. Baking sheets, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, cups, coffee cups, food storage containers, measuring cups, as well as appliances, including an air fryer, toaster, espresso machine and keurig coffee maker, microwave,
refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and beautiful granite countertops.

Coffee Bar stocked with whole beans, k-cups coffee, tea and condiments.

Spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating, board games, ceiling fan.

Back yard has a large picnic table (seating for 6), BBQ Grill, Fire-pit and 6 Adirondack chairs for sitting back and enjoying time with friends/family. Equipped with with fire pit, grill, life size outdoor games - Connect Four, Jenga, as well as Cornhole/Bean Bag toss.

Full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Iron and Ironing board are stored in the Primary closet upstairs.

Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and beach buggy provided for your beach adventures.

We have provided you with a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry pods, dryer sheets, and trash bags. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hand Soap, Lotion and Dish Soap are in the dispensers for your use.
