Another Great Experience
This was my second visit to the Tree House and it was just as enjoyable as my first. The cabin remains a perfect “base camp” for exploring the nearby South Cumberland State Park. Kim & David are great hosts who anticipate and provide everything you need. This is truly the area’s premier rental property. Highly recommended.
Beautiful place and views and wonderful hosts.
Great place to stay in beautiful south central Tenn. lovely and well maintained cottage/treehouse with extraordinary veiws of the hills.
Clean, Quite, and Relaxing
Great quite place for rest and relaxation. Beautiful view!
The perfect get-away!
Could not have been more pleased with the accommodations provided by David & Kimberly! Cabin & the grounds are beautiful, and the views are stunning... Short drive to Greeter Falls...
We will most certainly be back!
Can we come live there?
We recently stayed at the Sunrise Mountain Tree House Cabin during a hiking trip in South Cumberland. We only booked the one night as we were moving on to Chattanooga the next day. I only wish we had been able to stay longer. Kim and David were very welcoming and seem to have thought of everything. The cabin was clean, neat, and charming with wonderful views. The information binder they provide is very comprehensive so if you're unsure as to what is available/what to do in the area, they've got it covered.
They were so kind and accommodating, even though we arrived an hour earlier than I had told them due to the fact that I was thinking Altamont is on Eastern time and, as everyone else on the planet knows but me, it's on Central time.
We love this area and, no doubt, if the cabin is available the next time we come this way, Kim and David will see us again.
Icing on the cake: The dogs are sweet and a wonderful welcoming committee!
My wife and I stayed here for a night to get away, relax, and celebrate our 14th wedding anniversary. This cabin was just right. Very clean with all the necessities for a relaxing stay. The views were gorgeous. The sitting room was therputic. David and Kim were great hosts and made us feel welcomed and at home.
We would defininitely come back and would recommend this cozy cabin for anyone looking for some peace and quiet.
Thanks so much David and Kim!
Located central of South Cumberland State parks. Seven miles from Greeter Falls; twelve miles from Stone Door State Park; twenty two miles from the Savage Gulf area. Nineteen miles from Collins Gulf and Suter Falls. We could go on and on.
