Dining indoors or out is aided by the villa’s ultra-modern kitchen. Villa Ballena is a home that epitomizes meticulous design and painstaking attention to detail. All this, plus the glorious Pacific as the companion to your ultimate vacation.

Los Cabos is a growing resort area and construction may occur at any time without notice. We have no control over construction projects or schedules, however, we will do our best to assist should there be an inconvenience.

By booking a reservation you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and to all terms and conditions listed in rental agreement. Total guests at any time restricted to contract. Must disclose all guests. High School/College spring break groups not permitted. Bachelor/ette groups not permitted w/o approval (fee). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time 10pm–10am. NO EVENTS unless pre-authorized & fee paid.

Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.

Extra person fees apply after the 8th guest.

Girls Weekend

We had a group of 5 girls stay here and the house was phenomenal! There were plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms and our concierge Ivan was great/easy to communicate with throughout the weekend. Can’t wait to come back!

Villa Ballena

Everything was fantastic. From the customer support to the Villa itself, we received great guidance and accommodation. We had originally booked a different Villa that the owners double booked two weeks prior to the trip, and so CaboVillas went to work to find us another which cost more, for the same price. Cabo was amazing place with amazing experiences that wouldn't have been the same without their help, and I wouldn't have done it any different. We're already planning another trip back for the Winter.

Beautiful, Spacious Villa!

I stayed here with 8 other girls for a bachelorette trip. The house was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and the view from every window was fantastic (except for the house having construction down right next to us). Upon arrival, our concierge made fresh margaritas and served chips and salsa - delicious! My biggest complaint is that we didn't get to use the jacuzzi or the heated pool until the last night of our stay (4 days, 3 nights). On the first day, I asked the concierge how to turn the heat on because I knew this would be a place we wanted to spend a lot of time. Whatever I did that afternoon, following his directions, didn't work, so I texted him and asked for help. The next day he said he would have the jacuzzi "fixed" and hot for us by the time we returned home from exploring (5pm). This wasn't done. Jacuzzi still didnt work. It wasn't until some heavy complaints from us on the last night that our concierge finally called the "professionals" to get the jacuzzi working (all the other times he said he would just come by and do it himself). Aside from this and the ridiculously high prices for chips, water, and guac... we loved it!!! We jogged around the Pedegral neighborhood in the mornings and did workouts outside, sat on the balcony for breakfast, and just really, really enjoyed the place.

Perfect!

Stayed at Villa Ballena for a girls trip and it was perfect! The location couldn't have been better, close to town and the beach. The entrance gate made us feel extremely safe and secure. Everyone we met was super accommodating and helpful as well.

Comfortable

The house is located in a great area. Pedregal is guard gated and the house is situated so that there is a good view of the beach. This is definitely a rental with some minor items that need to be addressed, but, overall, nicely laid out, every room has it's own large bathroom, beds are comfortable and the house was very clean when we arrived. Our on-site contact, Carlos, was very attentive and very good to work with. All-in-all, a positive experience.

GREAT HOUSE AND LOCATION

This is a rental and, having said that, there are minor issues with the house. HOWEVER, it is a very comfortable, spacious, clean house with a great location. Easy access in and out of Pedregal, close to downtown, nice view, pool and Jacuzzi worked well and each bedroom has it's own bath. Will definitely come back on our next trip.

Father of the Bride

Amber and her team of professionals made the trip and experience easy, successful and memorable. The team was always responsive, timely and on target. They always went the extra mike to ensure my daughter and our family had what we needed and answered all of our questions and concerns. There was simply nothing that was not perfectly done and ultimately successful. I would recommend Amber and her folks to anyone for anything in Cabo. There is simply no one better and no team more accomplished.

Not a Good Choice

The rental agent for this property is EARTH, SEA, AND SKY VACATIONS, INC. In their brochure they have rated Villa Ballena 4.5 stars. According to their rating guide, a 4-star property is “in good condition” and “well maintained”. Villa Ballena is neither. For the first few days we were disappointed in but tolerated the following: missing and broken windows shades, uncovered electrical outlets, a broken DVD player, a nonworking gas BBQ grill that was beyond repair, burned-out light bulbs, remote controls that didn’t work, a clothes dryer that didn’t work, peeling paint, holes in the bed cover, and rusted outdoor fans. Our tolerance ended when water started dripping through a crack in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms (enough so that the maid had to put a bucket under the drip to catch all the water); the water pump became so noisy that we couldn’t sleep at night; and water gushed out of the base of a commode. We were inconvenienced by a parade of repairmen—AC, pool, window blinds, plumbers, and a general “technician”. The EARTH, SEA, AND SKY VACATIONS local representative was gracious and sympathetic but he couldn’t fix everything. When we alerted him that the pool “check system” light was on, he told us not to worry since it was no longer a salt-water pool but a chlorinated one. The Vice President in charge of sales for EARTH, SEA, AND SKY VACATIONS offered us some token food vouchers in the Golden Zone as compensation; we declined her offer. Be advised before renting this villa that many of the items were not repaired, that the pump was still noisy and that water was again dripping from the ceiling when we checked out.
