Hi Carolyn, We are so glad that you all were able to enjoy the beautiful ocean views that "Sweet Carolina" has to offer and had a wonderful vacay! Not sure why there was sand felt in the bed or a "ring" found in the tub as our Housekeeping crew does an amazing job of leaving a property spotless, however we apologize if this was your experience. Have a wonderful Fall, and hope to see y'all back! Take care~

Thank you SO much Martha for your kind words and we hope y'all come back and visit us again real soon! :-) Take care~

Hi Garrett, and thank you so much for your kind words in regard to our property! And while we wish you hadn't experienced any small issues, we appreciate you letting us know about them, so that they were handled immediately... Until next time, take care and stay well! :-)

Thank you Kathy!

Hey Barb - we are SO glad you had a great vacation. We love Bella Alba too and look forward to working with you again next year!!!!

What a wonderful review, Art... THANK YOU!! :-) We are so glad that you all had such a memorable vacation and hope you'll come back and see us again next year! Take care~

Hey Kathy, We apologize if the house was not up to your expectations re: cleanliness, and had we known, we would have been happy to send someone out to resolve any issue you were having. Also, the kitchen is fully stocked, so apologies again if there was something specifically you were looking for, as we have extra items at the Itrip office. So glad you had a wonderful trip otherwise and have a great summer!!

Hey Stacey, So glad you all enjoyed your stay with your sweet pups! Apologies if you felt it wasn't as clean as you'd like, however please know it was thoroughly cleaned before you all arrived, and had we known, our Housekeeping team could have come back out to take care of anything you felt wasn't satisfactory. Have a great Fall and hope you'll come visit again!

Hi John, and wow, what an incredibly nice review and we thank you so very much for your kind words! :-) It warms our heart to know that you all thought of our place as "a home away from home", and that you had such a relaxing and fun vacation with your family and fur babies! Please come back and visit us soon, and until next time, take good care and stay well!

Hey Jennifer, Thank you for your kind words regarding our beautiful home, its views, perfect location and direct access to the beach. A winning combination for a relaxing and fun time!! :-) Re: the cleanliness of the house...we spoke with our property manager who indicated she received a text from you, offered to send one of our best cleaners back out to reclean the house, to which you declined. While our Housekeeping team does their very best each and every time they clean properties, given the majority of these properties are beach front (and some are pet friendly) it is likely you could find a grain of sand or two. Despite this, as well as the decor, the size of the kitchen and the beach being crowded (all which is out of our control and none receiving past complaints) we're so glad you all had a great vacation! Take care~
