Amazing location! The home had plenty of space for us to relax and was in very nice condition. The beach towels were an added plus as we flew in from Philly and pack light. The host was extremely accommodating to our request for an early check-in. We definitely will stay there again when we visit next year.

Everything was easy and stress free. Outstanding communication from start to finish. We had absolutely zero issues whatsoever. The house is well equipped, steps from the beach, and only 2 blocks from restaurants, bars, and the pier. 10/10 would stay here again.

Multigenerational trip to surfside

We enjoyed our weeklong stay. The property management company was great to deal with and helped us with all the rentals needed. The house is well equipped and perfectly located yo nearby restaurants.

Perfect spot

Beautiful home with plenty of room and all of the amenities. I strongly encourage pre-ordering the six person golf cart so it’s there when you arrive. Perfect location.

Our stay was excellent. Couldn’t ask for better. Location is within walking distance to restaurants and the pier. Only negative was not being able to control thermostat. The weather wasn’t hot yet so living room was cool and rainy so couldn’t sit outside. But it made great sleeping

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great! Being next to the pool was excellent. Short walk to the beach! The floors down stairs were really dirty, they needed a good moping. The beds were not very comfortable. But they will never be like home!! The good outweighed everything else!

Ladies weekend

Property is a great location, right at the beach, but they only provided 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels for 4 people, plenty of towels, the lock was broken on the sliding glass door so they had a stick in place of a lock. House had a few dead bugs but that is to be expected at the beach. Good supplies in the kitchen cabinets

Overall the location is great and accommodations are reasonable. The following are concerns and inconsistencies. Check in times were posted as 4:00 pm; We had trouble accessing the unit at 4:00 pm only to be told by the realtor that is was not accessible until 5 pm. We reported issues with the facilities and were told that a maintenance person would be sent. No maintenance personnel showed at all. The rebooking policies for bask away were not honored. Communications/action were inconsistent with posted policy Note: The living room tv and tv in first floor bedroom were in disrepair. The fans in the bathrooms did not work. The light on the microwave was flickering and not controllable from the unit. The air conditioning vent in the master bedroom is extraordinarily loud.
