3 story home to allow kids to spend time in their "hide out" away from the adults.

Central location to the whole area, yet, quiet and isolated. 35 miles to Reno NV for a more urban experience and access to the international airport. 3 miles to South Lake Tahoe.

Surprise wildlife as well. All be it safe, dont be surprise to spot bears, coyotes and the occasional bobcat,
