Host kept us updated on check in. Code for check in was given a little early and cleared even tho we weren’t there yet. Had one issue with barking dog and they handled it immediately. Could not ask for host to be any more on top of things. Great location and view was amazing.

Nice little condo but... several things need to be updated. FIRST replace the regular size mattresses. One is actually broken and unusable. Bath tub doesnt hold water. Dishwasher didnt clean the dishes. Check your cookware. Several broken pieces. There is no curtain or blind on balcony door. Just a little bit of investment can make this place top notch.

Great Location, Property in good condition, Grills were stated on website and in pictures and there were no grill on property at all. The King room was fine, but all beds need attention in guest bedroom. Springs are almost poking through mattress very uncomfortable. Over all a great place to spend your vacation. We do plan on renting at Regency Towers again. Thanks

Overall the condo was in a nice location and we enjoyed the proximity to the beach. The condo itself was nice, but is in need of a refresh or minor cosmetic updates as it seems heavily used. We did have an issue with WiFi being spotty. It worked fine the first evening but was hit and miss after that. Also, the shower in the kids bathroom was unusable because the shower sprayer attachment was broken. Otherwise we enjoyed it!

Great Views

The views were great and the access to the pool and beach was perfect. There was a gross hot garbage smell in the lobby and elevators most of our stay though. Communication for check-in wasn't the best and I wasn't asked for my ID or told it was needed for check-in until I was on the drive down. It was communicated by text and then I received a follow-up phone call informing me they texted me. Um, hello, I was driving. I'm not going to text and drive, so I wasn't aware I had a text that I needed to respond to or I wasn't going to be able to check-in. Communication needs to be handled the day prior to check-in if the guest is going to be required to respond to text messages. The door to the balcony was also very hard to open from the outside, as there was no handle to grasp onto. The location and view and access was fantastic though and made the other stuff tolerable. I also saw lots of dolphins from the balcony.

Not as advertised

Stench upon entering. My wife went to Walmart and got a mop and purchased bleach to mop all the floors and this helped a lot. Housekeeping obviously hadn’t cleaned anything else so we cleaned the rest of the condo and installed plug in air fresheners. Tv was in stretch mode. The only way to watch it was without distortion was to shrink the screen. There was no channel guide or anything else to help us get to know the area. The kitchen sink had what looked like hamburger in the trap. The furniture inside was dirty and the balcony furniture had plastic chairs and webbing type chairs. The two tables were at least a foot taller than the chairs. There was glass beneath the balcony railing which was foggy color probably from not cleaning as well as being old. The seat cushions in the dining area were nasty. Housekeeping came and washed them but it didn’t help so we just put them in a closet. The mattresses were well aged and hard to sleep on but ok. Wish I could have put a better review on here but it’s all true. I’m a financial advisor and my wife is a nurse. We just wanted a nice place to stay for a week and relax.

Peaceful!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. We had one issue with sheets on one bed and one shower curtain liner but the property management team hopped right to fixing our issue. Very pleased with that! The view was perfect. The sleeping layout was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Honeymoon

This was the perfect place for my wife and I to celebrate our honeymoon. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back. Thank you to Regency Towers for making our honeymoon such an amazing experience!

Great Location

This was an awesome location. Very close to the beach and the local shopping and dining. Close enough to get to places fast, but far enough to have a relaxed feel.

Fall trip

We took an end of summer trip to relax. The condo was on a great area, it could use some updating but overall nice. This unit needs additional towels for the guest, it sleeps up to 8 but only has 6 towels and no potholders. But those are very easy corrections. We did speak to manager.

Enjoyed it but changes need made

This place is in a great location! We have stayed in Regency Towers 3 years in a row and have always loved it! The condo was great with ample room for a big family. Our stay for the week was wonderful here. I give it a 3 stars for 2 reasons. #1 the beds were to be desired... the matresses are old and hard and the pillows were flat. Didn't get but decent sleep on the master and the other beds in the second room were very squeaky and hard. #2 the door code was 10 digits long! It made it hard for the kids the whole trip and the first several days to memorize it for the adults. That makes it difficult to get in when you have your hands full. Other than that we loved it. Would only stay again if the mattresses were updated.

Very dirty

The location is amazing but very dissappointed by how dirty it was. Floor had not been cleaned, cushions on chairs were filthy. The windows howled and screens were torn and the mattresses were very thin. There was work being done and workers locked the patio door while we were staying and with no blinds, they looked right into our living area. The tv had 4 remotes and no explanations. 702w was not as good as other experiences at the Regency.

Perfect beach experience

The condo unit was perfect as far as beachiness. I could see my daughter and her friends from the seventh floor balcony when they were down on the beach. A perfect distance for keeping an eye on them. The room was very comfortable. Only problem was that the second night (the last night we were there) when we came home from supper, there was a roach in the middle of the floor that ran under the furniture when we turned on the light. Maintenance said they could not send somebody out for that issue after hours which it was after hours, so our relaxation was interrupted on the second night
