This property is centrally located within sight and easy walking distance of the Abingdon Farmers' Market and multiple restaurants - including The Peppermill, Greeko's Grill & Cafe, Delta Blues BBQ and a great coffee shop called Rendezvous International Cafe. Note: Entry to the building requires going through a rear door and walking up one flight of stairs.
Features include a king-sized bed with memory foam mattress, large walk-in closet, a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, full private bath with tub/shower combo and private washer/dryer.

My wife Ashley and I host three spaces in the historic district of downtown Abingdon! We operate our realty office out of the same building and are available to answer questions and to help ensure guests enjoy a comfortable, relaxing stay.

This property is within easy walking distance of nearby coffee shops, restaurants, the Abingdon Farmers' Market - and many more area amenities! The area is very walkable, with Plumb Alley being immediately adjacent to our private parking lot - which allows you to zip around town easily and safely!
What makes this property unique
Recently remodeled and updated, exceptionally clean space with safe, on-premises parking. Very fast internet, excellent location! We know that cleanliness, a safe environment and convenient location is important to use when we travel - and this is what we focus on delivering to our guests at our hosted locations.
