Hello, Matthew. We're so sorry to hear about these issues, and we appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. During this stormy season we had some extensive wind that must have blown out the pool screen the day you arrived — I was actually there that day and it was intact. I wish you'd let us know right away so we could have fixed it for you immediately; that's exactly the kind of thing we want to address in real time, not after the fact. We're also sorry about the mosquitoes and dirty pool that resulted, and the state of the kitchen counters, glasses, knives, and grill — that's not the standard we hold ourselves to, and it's disappointing to hear it fell short during your stay. On the glasses and knives specifically, they do dull over time, and we'll look into replacing them. We were happy to have the home ready for an early check-in, and we thank you for the detailed feedback — it helps us catch and fix these things going forward.
