Beautiful Studio with Unobstructed Views and directly on the Beach! in the town of Lauderdale by The Sea, near to restaurants (Sea Watch, Arubas, Publix etc), shops and entertainment, with fishing piers for your fun in between a couple miles on each direction, and about 25-30 minutes from Fort Lauderdale international airport. Our Studio offer contemporary clean sleek look, with a completely equipped kitchen, travertine marble floors and very nice size closet space, along with basic cable tv and free wifi, towels, linens, Beach Chairs, umbrella., and all these features available to you and looking directly to the ocean and the beach from the comfort of your bed!!

Host will meet you at check in 3pm or provide electronic access and with available communication for any questions in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Also located between other major cities, casinos, and malls with less than one hour drive to the city of Miami, West Palm Beach, Sawgrass Mall, Aventura Mall, Galleria Mall, Hard Rock cafe & casino, Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino, Isle Casino Racing Pompano Park and much more!

The Town's oceanfront beaches and award-winning beach portals are popular with tourists and residents from all over Broward County and the world. As South Florida's Beach Diving Capital, the Town is a popular spot for beach divers, who can often be seen entering the water to explore the coral reefs just 100 yards off the beach. Anglin's Pier, one of four piers in Broward County, is also a popular spot with anglers and tourists. The Town also has tennis courts, shuffleboard and bocce ball courts, a children's park, basketball court and Community Center.

This property isn't well renovated hotel, converted into a lovely studio space. Located right on the water and in a quieter part of Lauderdale by the Sea and near Pompano, close but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We truly appreciated the included beach chairs and umbrellas as well as the beach towels. The rest of the unit was nicely appointed with all we needed for a delightful stay. We would love to return here in the future.

Paul & Bruna were pleasant to communicate with and responsive to text/questions. This place is perfect for 1-2 people looking to be “at the beach”. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely rent this unit again.

Lovely getaway

Stood at this location for the week of July 4th and it was worth it nothing beats the ocean view early in the morning and the tranquility you get at this place. The host was incredibly nice and even let us check in early since we caught an early flight communication was top notch and so was the service great for couples I know we loved and enjoyed it if I ever come back to Fort Lauderdale again i will stay at this location.

Terrific location and furnishings

The 3rd floor location overlooking the beach was fantastic. Quick on/off the beach. And the beach is nice and quiet, not overcrowded. And reef snorkeling right off the beach. The unit was well furnished and appointed and clean. All the people we met at the complex were very nice. Thank you Paul and Rona
