We enjoyed our stay so much we are making plans to go back! It is clean,comfortable and close to the beach and pier park. Sean was exceptional as a host,I bugged him with questions almost everyday about places to eat,things to do or just to let him know how much we love the house! He answered me no matter how much I bugged him lol. There are plenty of towels and linens,also blankets. We utilized the golf cart thats provided to go to the beach and even rode to pier park and the charge held up great. I cant say enough good things about the house and the host!!

We liked the location- close to the beach, it is on the quieter part of the island. The added golf cart makes it convenient and a great value add. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The property is well maintained and had enough space for a week long stay. The backyard was great for our dog. While the property was as described and as shown in pictures, what wasn’t described was the cigarette smoke smell everywhere. Areas such as second bedroom, master bath, the closet in the main bedroom had a very strong smell. We didn’t use the second bedroom during our weeklong stay.

Our family loves the beach! We always spend a couple weeks out of the years down near 30A and PCB, so we decided to invest.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is perfect! Large lots on the West end far enough from the craziness to get away, but close enough to head east into Pier Park or West onto 30A.

What makes this property unique

It’s newly renovated. We have our golf cart as part of the rental. We are less than 2 minute drive to the beach. Publix and Aldi are less than a half mile from our address, and the bridge to get to 30A is a mile away.
