I had a wonderful time this summer at Carillon Beach. I absolutely loved the community—it’s peaceful, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house we stayed in was beautiful, fully equipped with all the comforts you could ask for. And the beach? Simply excellent—clean, calm, and ideal for enjoying the sun and sea. I’m already looking forward to going back!

Place is very nice & in a great location if you like to go to the beach. The refrigerator in the kitchen was not cold enough & food spoiled in 2 days. Blue Swell did bring in a small refrigerator for me to use but that took up more space in the main area .

Our stay at this property had some challenges that I think future guests should be aware of. When we arrived, we noticed quite a bit of dust and pet hair, which made the space feel less clean than expected. The refrigerator was not working during our stay, and while a dorm-sized fridge was provided, it really wasn’t enough space for four adults for a full week.The layout also has many steps, including some leading up to the bed, which could be difficult for anyone needing to get up during the night or with mobility concerns. In addition, the gate codes provided for the pool were incorrect, which caused some frustration, and communication with the management company could have been more responsive.While the property has potential, these issues made our experience less enjoyable than we had hoped.

We've already addressed this with our housekeeping team to ensure a more thorough inspection and cleaning process moving forward. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the refrigerator issue. While we did our best to provide an alternative quickly, we understand that a dorm-sized fridge is not a sufficient replacement for a full-sized appliance during a weeklong stay for four adults. Your comments regarding the layout and the number of steps are also appreciated, especially for future guests who may have mobility concerns. We will work on making that information more clear in the property listing. Additionally, we’re sorry for the incorrect pool gate codes and the frustration that caused. That, along with the communication delays you mentioned, are not the standard we aim to deliver, and we are addressing both with our team. Thank you again for your honest feedback — while it’s disappointing to hear, it helps us improve and better serve future guests. We do hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future.
