Lovely Villa

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this villa. It was in a lovely neighborhood. The home was fresh and nicely decorated. Very comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was in good condition. Very Clean. Furniture was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Landscaping was in dire need of weeding. Weeds as high as my knees. Vertical Blind Slats fell out as soon as we touched the blinds. We could only get tepid water out of the primary bathroom faucet. The shower was ok but the sink faucet was not. The kitchen sink would only give tepid water. No hot nor really cold. The Villa could use more throw rugs to catch sand and dirt before traipsing it through the house.We had lawn mowing once who came in unannounced, leaving the gate open (I had two dogs with me).
