Thank you for your initial private message letting us know you had a 'great stay!' We are glad you enjoyed the property. However, our home is open to dogs only due to severe allergy concerns for future guests. Because a cat was brought into the property without authorization and left litter on the carpet, a cleaning fee was required. We applied only our standard pet fee to resolve this, but we must ask all guests to respect our property rules. Thank you.

Lakisha rented our home for 5 guests and then threw a graduation party in our front yard without even a heads up. Our neighbors don’t have cameras and these guests were in no way under constant surveillance. Because of a shared driveway we only allow 4 parking spots in the back of the house, during Lakisha’s stay there were 4-5 cars in the front yard,4-5 in the back of the house and atleast 2 down the driveway. We were very courteous although house rules were broken and items were damaged. The WiFi was reset on the first night and it was never mentioned for the remainder of their stay. The “loft” she is referring to is clearly captioned in our listing as a She Shed.
