Bright coastal colors and panoramic Gulf views set the tone for a laid-back beach retreat. Wake up to the sound of waves, enjoy coffee on your balcony, and spend your days exploring Panama City Beach or relaxing by the pool. This condo is designed for comfort, convenience, and memorable moments with family or friends.

Sleeping arrangements
The master bedroom features a king bed for restful nights, while the living area offers a queen sleeper sofa. A cozy hallway nook with twin bunk beds provides extra sleeping space, making the condo ideal for up to six guests. Fresh linens and essentials are provided for your stay.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the basics for preparing meals. Enjoy breakfast at the dining table or take your dinner out to the balcony for sunset views over the Gulf.

Outdoor living
Step onto your private balcony to take in sweeping ocean vistas and the soothing sound of the surf. The resort offers two outdoor pools (one heated seasonally), a hot tub, a grilling area, and direct access to the sandy shoreline. Reserved parking space #12 is included for your convenience (note: a $45 parking fee applies).

Resort amenities
Stay active in the on-site fitness center and unwind in the sauna. The complex is non-smoking throughout, including balconies and all outdoor areas. Luggage carts are not permitted inside the property.

2 pools and got tubs which was great for when it was raining we could still swim in the open air covered pool. Property was clean and great value, excellent location

We were there a week, quiet area away from all the crowds..room was nice & cozy with plenty of room for the 4 of us..the only downfall was elevators( 3 elevators at resort, 2 worked the week we were there with only 1 working on day of checkout)..beside that I would highly recommend the resort

Great Place with beautiful view

This condo was perfect for our trip with 3 older teens. The view and location were perfect. The condo was bright and colorful but best of all clean. Communication with the manger was easy and the check in and out process was so simple. The only thing we suggested was to add a thick mattress pad and protector to the master bedroom bed as it was super firm with only a sheet on the mattress and some new pillows as they were flat. But the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and there was plenty of room for us all. Will be happy to stay here again.

Not the best not the worst. Pros, size was good and furnished well. Everything worked and was easy to use. Bed was firm but comfy and loved the view. Xplorie freebies were a huge plus. Promote that more! Cons, not the cleanest with sand on the floor and a minor funny smell when we arrived. Balcony sliding door was very difficult to open and close. Location of unit is in the middle of the elevators but that's being pretty picky. Just some unnecessary noise every now and then. We would definitely consider saying here again mainly because of the Xplorie free stuff.

Fecal matter was on the toilet paper roll. Contacted management-sent them pictures. They said it’s rust & they’ll put a work order in.. no one came to clean it, no one came to look at it. Nothing. We didn’t use it, had to set our toilet paper on the floor, on a plastic ziplock baggie that I brought. Bed was dirty & had tons of powdery film on it. Previous tenants’ food was still splattered on the sliding glass door. Used soap was on the counter when we arrived. Floors were dirty. Large unheated pool is across the street. Definitely smaller in real life. Other tiny pool beside the hotel was closed for maintenance. Getting to the ocean is a chore. No signs or maps to show which door or floor to go to. Such a bummer that the management was so dismissive, my husband & kiddos loved the paint job, size & location of the Condo.
