Luxury 3 bedroom pool home on Bocilla Lagoon!

Welcome to Seven Palms on Palm Island ! This classic 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a private pool home is located on Bocilla Drive, a very short distance to the beach! The screened in lanai faces west for some of the best sunsets on the West Coast. The kitchen has modern appliances and seating aound the counter top and a dining table . A very comfortable living room with leather sofas and large smart TV. The master suite with a king bed has direct access to the lanai facing the water and an ensuite bathroom.
One of the guest rooms has a Queen and the other has 2 twins. A full bath is located between the 2 guest rooms. The laundry room is located on the ground level near the pool. Directly in front of the laundry room is an outdoor shower. The private pool heated has lots of sitting areas and is professionally maintained by a pool company weekly.
The dock is available and suitable for smaller boats, typically under 20 feet. The boat lift is NOT available.
Have you vacationed on the island before? Palm Island a.k.a. Don Pedro Island, is a barrier island 7 miles long between Sarasota and Ft. Myers on the Gulf coast with sugar-sand beaches, beautiful harbors and lagoons, great fishing and shelling only accessible by a short 10 minute car ferry or private boat. Our beaches are some of the most pristine and quiet in all of coastal Florida. There are no high rises blocking your Gulf views, unpaved sandy roads, and a relaxed "Old Florida" atmosphere. There is one restaurant called the Rum Bay that serves lunch and dinner. The car ferry runs continually from 6:30 am until 10:00 pm from Sunday through Thursday and until 11:00 pm Friday and 12:00 midnight Saturday. You drive your car onto the ferry and then directly to your vacation rental home. It's a very special place to vacation. We have kayak rentals and golf cart rentals for your use during your vacation. All of our properties on Palm Island require a ferry ride to get there. One round trip on the ferry for car and passengers costs $55. Pool heat is available for a daily nominal fee.Pet Policy: This home is Pet Friendly home. This means that ONE dog is permitted to stay at the rental. No cats are permitted in any of our properties. Certain aggressive breeds as designated by the State of Florida and outlined in our rental contract are not permitted. No exceptions will be made to this policy. There IS a charge to heat the pool due to island cost/Pool Heat Fee is $100.00/week. Please let us know you'd like it heated when you book!
