Camp was very nice, excellent view of the lake, also very quiet. Nadine was very helpful. If I get the to get to Portage again I will definitely check to see if Nadine s camp is available.

Perfect, peaceful spot for unwinding and reconnecting with loved ones. Host has taken time to add small but meaningful touches thougtout the cabin. So glad we have already booked a second visit in the next few weeks.

We had the most wonderful stay at this camp on Portage Lake! The camp itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views of the lake were absolutely beautiful — peaceful mornings with coffee overlooking the water and the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring and fishing.What truly made this stay exceptional was the host. They were incredibly welcoming, thoughtful, and made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having a great experience.If you’re looking for a peaceful Maine lake getaway with a great location and an amazing host, this is it. We made so many great memories here and would absolutely stay again!

Peaceful and Relaxing

Easy to find and the location was perfect for us. The place was very clean and welcoming. The owner was amazing and we had a great 2 nights. We stayed for 2 nights then headed to Canoe the Wilds tour for 5 nights and this was only 20minutes away from the meeting location for that adventure.

This is such a cute little camp! My mother and I stayed two nights in early September and it was everything that we needed. The set up is perfect and has quite a few beds.The location is very close to town and we loved being right on the water. The screened in porch was our favorite!We are very tall women, so did have to duck through a couple doorways, but this would not deter us from staying again.The host was very easy to communicate with, and even met us upon arrival to welcome us and give us a brief tour of the camp.We would definitely stay again!

We only had a weekend here, but wished we had a week! It’s a beautiful spot, right on the water. You have to catch the sunrise, because wow! The cabin exceeded our expectations. It’s updated, has plenty of sleeping space and a great kitchen. The screened porch was our favorite spot at night to play cards and listen to the looks. Nadine was gracious and communicative, which was much appreciated!

Very good, only issue was the stairs to the loft. As Seniors are ability to climb the stairs is not what it used to be.
