We had a great time fishing and relaxing by the pool the golf cart was nice to drive around the property. The arcade room was a lot of fun very well maintained and very nice atmosphere. Definitely will book again.
We loved having access to a pool and golf cart to get to and from. The living arrangements packed a lot of amenities in a small foot print. There were some small things that were a bit disappointing: a small leaky door/window leaving a small puddle on the floor, a front door that would not fully seal, and somewhat warn conditions of the kitchen cabinetsThe host was very friendly and super responsive. They were willing to address the leaky door, but we preferred the peace and quiet. We would consider returning in the future.
Not recommended for people with disabilities or seniors . Appears bigger in pictures. Steps were little steeper the they appeared. All and all a little cramped . Probably better for younger average size people. The park was nice and people were friendly.
Super cute stay! Very quiet. Very friendly people around the area. The hosts were extremely accommodating to everything, and made sure we were set with everything the whole time we were there. It was such a cute little place to stay while we were in town, and away from all of the traffic. The pond behind was super relaxing at night, the porch was my favorite place to stay. Thank you again!
The host was excellent at providing all necessary check-in information and was very accommodating when the hot tub was damaged by a bear, allowing us to use the golf cart as an alternative. The RV is compact, so guests should keep that in mind when booking. Our dogs thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The park was quiet and peaceful, with everyone keeping to themselves, and it featured a beautiful pond for fishing. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and functioned properly.
My kids and I enjoyed this place so much! There was plenty of room and it was so cozy. My kids especially loved the projector. The couch folds out into a bed and is the perfect place to end the night with popcorn and a movie before climbing up to the two spacious loft beds. A full kitchen and bathroom were a nice bonus! The park we stayed in was quiet and friendly and a great place for me to walk my dog and my kids ride their bikes. The owners were very responsive in communication when I had any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again!
Property was very well maintained. Everything in proper working order. Home was like new and very clean! The small hot tub was a great added bonus. We rented a golf cart, and had a fun time driving around the grounds and talking with other campers/owners. We loved fishing in the pond and sitting by the campfire in the evenings after exploring the Smokies all day. It was too cool for the two pools, but they were both beautiful and exceptionally clean! The electric “fireplace” in the main upstairs bedroom made it super cozy to snuggle in for the night. It was nice to be able to escape the hustle of downtown Gatlinburg. We loved our time here!!
We arrived and were terrible disappointed in the accommodations. This Tiny House was nothing like the pictures. The king bed had what the called stairs. Ladder at best. Extremely narrow open to get into the loft space. The square footage was listed as over 4000. It was 400 square feet. The entrance was a wobbly set of stairs. Not conducive to bringing anything in. Not that you can bring much in. We immediately decided not to stay. It was not designed for plus size people or anyone with any type of mobility issues. None are f that was listed in description

We’re sorry to see that you felt a 1-star review was warranted. The square footage listed was a typo, but the photos and description clearly reflect that this is a tiny house camper and not a 4,000 sq. ft. home. We have since corrected the listing to ensure clarity for future guests. We always strive to provide an accurate representation of our properties and a positive guest experience.
This was the cutest place to stay. My family, especially my kids, 9 and 10, loved walking right off the porch and being able to fish. The view was beautiful and the camper was clean. I really made our vacation so much more relaxing.
