The homeowners have furnished this home with their guests in mind, and would like to welcome you to their Florida Gulf Coast vacation home, where you will want to come back to stay year after year!

The THREE PALMS PARADISE home is water-front on a South Gulf Cove Waterway canal, where boat enthusiasts can rent a boat during their stay, or bring their own. Tie off your boat right at our home, after a day enjoying the Charlotte Harbor waters. Book now to enjoy your dream vacation!

This spacious, modern, split-layout home has FIVE separate sleeping spaces (3 Bedrooms, Den, Family Room) and 2 full bathrooms. Located in the highly sought after South Gulf Cove community of Port Charlotte, this home is just minutes to beaches, shopping, dining, golfing, fishing, nature, and entertainment! The 2100 square foot open-concept interior is very comfortable, airy, and practical for entertaining. Beautiful vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light make this home shine.

Heated Pool glistens under the Florida Sun, perfect for relaxing after a day of shopping or playing at the nearby Gulf Coast Beaches.

Kitchen is embellished with everything needed. High-end finishes, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops make it a chef’s pleasure to entertain. A vast array of kitchen supplies are available for your use. See pictures. Small appliances include a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, blender, and hand mixer. There is a kitchen pantry, plenty of cabinet space, and food storage options for your use.

Family Room features large multi-panel sliders that open right up to enjoy the outside space while inside the home. Smart TVs can be found in the living room, patio lanai, den, and all three bedrooms. All TVs allow you to login to your apps, to enjoy your favorite shows.

Primary “Suite” Bedroom provides a serene retreat with vaulted ceilings, ample space, and so much comfort. A queen size bed, chest dresser, armoire, and two night-stands with lamps. Two separate walk-in closets. A lavish en-suite bath has a drive-thru tile shower, water closet toilet, and two separate vanity sinks- both with long granite counter-tops. This bedroom has a walk-out sliding door that exits directly onto the lanai patio, as well as a Smart TV.

Bedroom #2 boasts a queen size bed, tall dresser, two night-stands, ample closet space. This 2nd bedroom does NOT have an en-suite bath; however, it does have the 2nd full bathroom of the home close by, which features another luxurious walk-in shower. This bedroom also has a walk-out sliding door that exits directly onto the lanai patio, as well as a Smart TV. This bedroom has all the impressions of another main Primary Bedroom.

Bedroom #3 features a full-size bed, twin bunk beds, chest dresser, a night-stand, ample closet space, as well as a Smart TV.

Queen Sleeper Sofas can be found in the family room and in the Den. The Den can be closed off from the main living space, so it is like having a fourth bedroom, but no closet storage. There is a Smart TV in the Den, and a desk if you need a work space while you are away.

Full Bathroom #2 is on the same side of the split-floor plan as the two bedrooms, and it has a convenient walk-out door directly to the pool lanai patio, great for quick access to the lavatory for those swimming in the pool. The main pool entrance however, is the sliding patio doors from the common area of the home.

Pool & Beach Towels are available for your use and are stored in the Laundry Room. There are also extra Lounge Chair Cushions that can be used to lay on in the house, or around the pool. Pack n Play in the master closet for infants if needed.

Games such as Yahtzee, Phase10, Uno, decks of Cards, note pads and dice are in the cabinet behind the couch.

Boca Grande Beach is great for a quiet beach day where you can enjoy the soft sugar sand, and stunning teal waters.

Englewood Beach is great for finding shells, hunting sharks’ teeth, and catching lunch or dinner at a local restaurant.

Manasota Beach has great views of the Gulf of Mexico that are expansive, picturesque, and simply gorgeous. This beach offers great opportunities for finding shells and hunting sharks’ teeth.

If you want to explore and travel up the north coast, you will find Siesta Keys, Nokomis, and Venice where there are many things to do and more stunning beaches.

There is a Publix grocery store, Dollar General, gas stations, and several restaurants all within five miles of our THREE PALMS PARADISE home. Our home is a great option for you to stay with your family, or share with another family.


BOAT ENTHUSIASTS
Our THREE PALMS PARADISE home has 80’ of canal water frontage. There are Alligators in ALL canals. DO NOT SWIM IN CANAL! Alligator DANGER!!

The canal is brackish water, and to get in and out of Charlotte Harbor, you travel by boat through a Lock. Bridge clearance is roughly 9’ in South Gulf Cove.

The LOCK in South Gulf Cove is 60 feet long and 20 feet wide. The average depth of the South Gulf Cove waterways is 5 feet, but this can vary depending on the time of year and rainfall. The lock system in South Gulf Cove means that the canal depths are not affected by tides.

*Lock Manual Operation-
The lock is operated manually by lock tenders between 7 AM and 7 PM. After 7 PM, boaters must use the manual button.

*Lock Boat Handling-
Use the lines provided to hold your boat or loop your lines around the cleats. Do not tie your boat to the lock wall.

*Lock Traffic Flow-
Do not block the flow of traffic, as boats may be trying to exit the lock. The operator manages the flow of boats in and out of the lock, often in groups of up to five boats.

*Navigation Lights-
Federal and state law require the use of navigation lights from sunset to sunrise. Personal watercraft may not be operated from half an hour after sunset to half an hour before sunrise, even if navigation lights are used.
