The location was great! The space was wonderful too. Just missing some hand towels and soap. Couldn’t use the closets since things were hanging to dry but it was great space and great location!!

Good location near the subway in a vibrant neighborhood. It is very small but it helps to have 2 bathrooms. We were disappointed we needed to wait 45 minutes to check in despite giving a half hour notice of our arrival as requested. In terms of cleanliness, it was okay despite finding balls of long hair on the furniture. Overall, it was fine for our needs as we really only slept there

The location and space is nice. The issues are as follows:-No dryer so there are wet sheets and towels hanging in closets-Clear and overpowering mildew stench because of the wet items staying in the poorly ventilated closets-Towels and sheets smell as a result and are not clean-Poor communication and no new sheets/towels during the visit- Soap and toiletries all empty- We had to purchase all of these and Febreze to make the place bearable for the stay

My two teenage kids, a friend and I were visiting NYC. Finding an affordable 3 bdrm is a challenge in the city. This apartment was perfect! It is located in a very fun area of the city and close to subways that take you uptown or down. Although small, we did not feel cramped in the apartment. It was clean, beds were very comfortable. Each room had its own air conditioner. One thing to note is that it is a two floor walk up. The woman who takes care of the apartment was very nice! We were really late to arrive due to issues out of our control. She was patient and kind about it.

Reviews are extremely important for property owners, and most of all, for potential renters, so I want to be fair as I write this. My experience at this property was very uncomfortable. Check-in was frustrating (the address for the property is incorrect, and you have to meet the housekeeper at a separate location to get the key, which makes no sense whatsoever). You will have to haul your suitcases up 3 flights of steep steps (no elevator), and good luck finding a place to put them as the apartment is unbelievably SMALL with beds barely fitting into each room. The sheets and towels provided are hung up wet in tiny closets, so everything smells like sour laundry. There are no shower curtains, so water gets all over the floor when you shower. Luckily, I saw this in a previous review and brought a couple of my own towels. I honestly couldn't wait to leave this place and would have only given it 1 star, but I gave it 2 because it is in a good location and it has air conditioning.

Coordinating check-in was difficult and communication with our local contact was very poor (the property Manager we messaged with through VRBO was out of town, so we were told told to text a „friend and housekeeper“ vor the Platform). After checkin we realized there was no silverware, a pot or a pan in the kitchen (the photos attached so the cabinets where the housekeeper claimed there was a pot/pan, but we didn’t find one). We were then told they would bring the missing items, but they never followed through with bringing what we needed. The pictures Show a kitchen with supplies, so we assume we could at least have breakfast there. But without a pot or pan for cooking on the stove, no silverware for eating this was impossible. There were also no shower curtains on the bathrooms and no handtowels/bathmats. If safety is a concern to anyone, none of the windows open (they are painted shut) including the one that leads to the fire escape. The „dining area“ is very small, so best for a couple or 3 people Maximum. Our main frustration was that we were basically ghosted by the housekeeper and the property Manager also wasn’t able to coordinate the housekeeper coming by. Very frustrating experience.A shame, cuz the apartment is very conveniently located. Cool Nightlife in the neighborhood as well. But with all the downsides I wouldn’t stay there again.

The description states that the contact person will assist with carrying your bags to the second floor for a fee of 10. However, when we spoke with Camilla, she declined to assist with this. The property did not meet our expectations; it is very small, and access to the closet required closing one door and opening another, which was not usable as it was filled with cleaning supplies and bedding. Additionally, we were provided with only one roll of toilet paper for four guests. Camilla was the designated contact person. Despite multiple requests, we did not receive fresh towels, as the provided ones were wet; we had to purchase our own. There were also no silverware available, despite repeated requests for forks and knives, which were not supplied. Furthermore, the fire escape was secured shut, which was concerning for safety reasons. The owner, Jesus, was available but communicated through Camilla for all requests. I asked for a partial refund and received no response .
