About this property

Two-Story Mid-City Duplex w/ King Suite & Local Charm

Looking for a place to settle in while you're in New Orleans? Our home is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath Mid-City duplex that’s designed for longer stays, with plenty of space, personality, and comfort to help you feel right at home.

Upstairs, you’ll find all three bedrooms, including a primary suite with a brand-new king mattress, walk-in closet, and a private bath with both a soaking tub and a separate shower. The two additional bedrooms share a second full bath, along with in-unit laundry conveniently located upstairs. A half bath is available downstairs for guests.

On the main level, there’s a separate living and dining area with pocket doors and a fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances. Throughout the home, you’ll find New Orleans and music-inspired decor—small touches that reflect the city’s energy and make the space feel warm, creative, and lived-in.

Modern comforts include central air and heat, high-speed Wi-Fi, two smart TVs, and all the essentials: linens, cookware, toiletries, and plenty of closet space.

We’re located in a quiet, walkable part of Mid-City, just two blocks from the Canal Street streetcar, which takes you directly into the French Quarter, and only a short bike ride to Jazz Fest at the Fairgrounds. You’ll also be close to some of our favorite neighborhood spots like Parkway Bakery, Bayou Beer Garden, and Wrong Iron.

We live next door, so we’re nearby if you need anything—but otherwise, the space is entirely yours. If you’re staying for a while, we hope our home becomes your home base in New Orleans.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
