Apartment 501 is a 2BR/2BA Superior beachfront condominium on the 5th floor. with luxury decor. The Condo is continually being remodeled and upgraded. It is air-conditioned and premium granite countertops, bamboo wall treatments, and custom bamboo cabinetry in the gourmet kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The two bathrooms have elegant tile work with etched glass shower dividers. We provide extra linens, beach towels, an iron and ironing board, and hairdryer. There are two safes.

Our condo has unobstructed views of the ocean from both bedrooms, the living room, and the lanai. Apartment 501 is an end unit which means there is no walkway outside the private Studio B bedroom which has a bistro set, large granite counter, and accessories of a mini-frig, microwave, coffee maker, extra linens, beach towels, an iron and ironing board, and hair drawer.

The beach, ocean, island, crater, and mountain views are magnificent.
We offer complimentary WiFi, two smart flat-screen TVs with Comcast, and a fully equipped kitchen with specialist items of Vitamix, Instapot, cappuccino and espresso makers, a blender, and a Magic Bullet smoothie maker in addition to standard equipment.

The Mana Kai Resort boasts the ocean-front gourmet 5 Palms Restaurant, an outstanding sushi bar with an extensive 'happy hour', an activity desk, and ocean equipment rental. Zack’s Deli and gift shop is on the ground floor. as well as beautiful grounds with lounges around the pool and lawn areas. There is also a business center There is a business center, a fitness center, and Iyengar yoga lessons daily overlooking the ocean.

We’ll be staying here next year.
Excellent condo in an excellent location. This is one of the better condos in the Mana Kai. Comfortable furniture and private unobstructed view from second bedroom really puts it at the top. The Mana Kai is on a beautiful beach with some decent snorkeling. Plenty of activity close by without being in the middle of it.

Great condo with all the amenities and amazing views.
After initial difficulty of acquiring entry code and having no accommodation for 2 nights for our granddaughter whom we had included in our reservation, the manager, Jessica, was able to solve the issues. Everything was as expected after that. Which is to say, great.

Awesome Maui Vacation Property
My family (including 3 teenagers) had a great time staying at this property. The condo was clean and has everything you need, including beach towels, chairs and toys. The beach is jut steps outside the front, its beautiful and uncrowded. The views from the lanai are amazing but our favorite part was the reef that is also right there. We had a great time snorkeling it and saw multiple sea turtles every day. If we are ever blessed enough to make it back to Maui we will be looking to stay here again.

This award-winning resort is located on one of the most magnificent beaches in the world, Keawakapu. The Mana Kai Resort is continually remodeling and upgrading every aspect of the resort,
and for beach walkers, our beach reaches all the way to the world-renowned Wailea beaches and resorts, and you can walk continuously almost a mile a mile south on the sand, and then another mile and a half on the boardwalk. Directly below our ocean end unit is what is probably the most magnificent snorkeling on Maui, with hundreds of varieties of fish and plants, including Hawaii's protected sea turtles. There are hundreds of the famous humuhumunukunukuapua'a and delicate louwiliwilinukunuku'oi'oi. Our lanai faces a channel which is a breeding ground for whales, and during the winter months, you can see them spouting, breaching, and frolicking in the ocean. Expect to say "WOW" when you see this unit. and "NO KA OI'"(there is none better).
