The house is very spacious….perfect for family trips. The kids loved the welcome basket in addition to the ping pong table. The owner was very responsive prior to arrival, messaged via app to ensure we were happy throughout stay. The location is great for restaurants and excursions. The house is immaculate, perfect for a long weekend with friends/family! They graciously allowed our fur children to join which was great since the beach is dog friendly and 2 mins walk away! Have been coming to Saint Augustine for about a decade every year and this was the first time sharing a property with friends. Was worried about being under the same roof with another family, but the space was more than sufficient for our group. Loved how clean the place was and easy access to the beach. Had all the beach equipment you may need even though we brought our own chairs, tent and games. Highly recommend.

Nice property, plenty of room, 5 minute walk to beach but had to go through some thick sand, up hill. Bicycles, beach umbrellas, chairs and wagon in garage were very appreciated....When we arrived AC was having a time with cooling the house but the host was very quick to respond and send help... We wish there was a swimming pool on the property, but the kids enjoyed the hot tub. Really enjoyed the balconies also... how thoughtful to arrive and find a table of snacks supplied. We would rent here again.

So Perfect in Every Way

We are a large extended family ranging from 5-65. 15 people in total. So we needed a home to accommodate all of us for our family reunion. There was room enough for everyone. The house was nicely appointed and spacious. Other than bringing our food items and personal things, everything was provided. The house was spotless. Fresh linens and towels aplenty. The host even provided us with a welcome tray of snacks and drinks. The beach area was one of the nicest beaches that we’ve been to. The host was always very responsive to all of my questions. We highly recommend this property.

The home was well kept and in good condition and close proximity to the beach. Unfortunately, the next door neighbor has a long-standing issue with the property owner and blasts bright security lights all night long directly at the property which is intrusive to say the least. You can't even sleep the house. The neighbor also has security cameras directed at private areas of the rental with security signs clearly posted to alert you that you are being videotaped.The property owner is aware of this, however it is not mentioned in the listing. We paid well over 2,500 for a three-night stay and our peace was definitely severely impacted. We felt taken advantage of by the property owner, they know that this is an issue I have communication with him about it.Unfortunately, I won't be refunded for any portion of the stay.This would be a great place to stay and a great house to entertain friends and family. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here ever again and I highly advise any other perspective renters to seek other accommodations solely on the fact of the neighbor issue.
