Charming 1-bedroom private apartment in a cottage with AC & WiFi
Located in Colorado Springs, this private 1-bedroom apartment in an adorable cottage is a dream. With a cozy bedroom (cosey king size bed), heating, WiFi, and AC, black out curtains and more so guests will feel right at home. The charming decor and excellent amenities make this the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. This hidden/almost private VRBO is funky not fancy yet fully stocked and comfortable. We (and two dogs) look forward to welcoming you to our place. Our pristine hot tub is calling You (open 24/7) as well as sharing a back yard with a fire pit area and a gas grill on the patio with a table that seats six for you to enjoy. There is a reserved parking space included.
Seriously, NO tobacco/cigarettes on the property ($300 fine) however we are 420 friendly and with that being said no children under 21 yrs of age. Also, the shared backyard is owned by our dogs so no visiting dogs (sorry).
